Absolutely fantastic service from Elyse who looked after my British passport renewal. She answered all my questions promptly and the communication and updates at every step was consistent.
From first application, to shipment from Australia to the UK, passport processing and return back to Australia was less than 3 weeks. Unbelievable turn around, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company as they take the headache and worry out of the entire process.

Without a shadow of a doubt, U.K. PASSPORTS were the most professional, helpful and assuring, assistance company I have ever worked with. Everything was clearly explained, responses were prompt and informative. All updates were sent to me in a timely manner and as well as this, the wonderful Glenda and her lovely team, were highly professional whilst retaining a notable human quality, thus never being too stuffy or superior; this is real customer skills.

What an incredibly professional and efficient service UK Abroad offered when renewing my daughter's passport. Jan was there every step of the way and ensured we had all the info from the get go. My assigned consultant, Teri, is very helpful in guiding our family through the entire application process and we can get our renewed UK passports in around two weeks' time which is out of my expectation. The handling fee is reasonable and the response of queries from Teri is very fast. This is our second time in renewing the passports, and through U.K.ABROAD, it saved our time in visiting the local British Embassy which is very time consuming. Thank you.

I've been absolutely delighted with the service from Robyn of UK Passports. I sent my old passport from New Zealand to the UK on the 1st of the month and received my new passport on 22nd of the month. Robyn explained the process step by step and answered every email straight away. I knew where my passport was at all times during the application process. In a way, sorry I won't be needing their services again for 10 years.

500 stars!!! Such an easy process. Applying for my passport was a little overwhelming on my own. My husband suggested I search for a company which can assisted me along the way. I found UK passports and a Rep named Miguel. The service was TOP Notch! I was kept in the loop the whole time and got my passport earlier than expected. They also answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.

I am so happy I used them - Highly recommend!
