I would strongly recommend Blacks to anybody looking buy their dream home. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Mike was great to work with and got things done in a timely fashion. I had checked out several other manufactured home dealers but Blacks had the largest variety of homes out of any of them. When beginning the process I needed to know what we would be working with financially and Blacks Homes had the only representative willing to list out exactly what I would need and a ball park of the price ranges for each item; which was very important since I had never bought a brand new home and cleared property! They were very forthcoming of the numbers and what to expect. I absolutely LOVED going to look through the model homes on display; they never had a pushy salesperson following us around and we were free to roam through the beautiful show homes! Along with their awesome website where they had many more homes to look through and the homes on display had the prices to see; which I had not seen on any other manufactured home web page. If anybody is looking for a modular or manufactured home for fantastic prices this is the place you need to go! I LOVE the new home, it beat my expectations. I love our beautiful yard; thanks to Pace excavating, he also did a fantastic job!

Carl Brant was by far the best person I have ever worked with. He brought ideas to the table that were exactly what I was thinking. His outgoing personality and willingness to understand what we wanted made us feel like it was more than a job but part of our family. My wife and I made the hour and a half drive to Blacks. We were greeted with a kind voice and a smile from what turned out to be our salesman, Vernon. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I had a great experience and ended up with the house we wanted, the way we wanted it. A genuine man that I have stayed in cantact with since. One of our biggest problems is that our buying process was in the middle of Covid. Prices were increasing and different products for the house was becoming harder to get for the factory. Our house was a few months behind schedule but again, I blame Covid. The house was set a few weeks after it arrived and the set crew were total professionals and did a fantastic job. The house sat for months with no one coming to touch it. After many calls to the gentlemen that was incharge of our home, and no answers, we got a phone call from Shelby. I sent her pictures of our home and everything that was not finished. She was on the ball. From that day on, she was my contact through blacks. She responded to me even when she was not at work. She got people moving and kept me updated the whole time. She did an incredible job and I will forever be great full for her kindness and help along the way. We love our home and we are great full for people like Shelby, Vernon, and Greg. We highly recommend Blacks Home Sales!

Black home sales are absolutely amazing! They were great people to work with! From our salesman Gary, to Brent, and iron horse forestry/ excavation and our contractor chase! I would 100% recommend them to anybody! Thank you all for everything and helping me and my family get in our first home!

I am so happy I chose Black's Homes to build my dream house after a horrible fire destroyed my home. The team of Mike and Pam worked closely with me to design and create a beautiful porch and finished basement.. everything I asked for they made happen.. if you are looking for a quality home...home... caring team to work with and very reasonable prices...prices... We love our Champion home from Blacks. we have only been in it for a month but it. is just what we imagined. The folks from blacks were great from the sales rep Vernon to our site manger Tom and the engineering section Jan. They helped us make the right decisions. The employees that set the home up were great also very attentive to our requests, friendly , and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about downsizing or Building a new home we definitely recommend Blacks Home Sales.

After going to numerous manufactured home sales companies, I attended an open house at Black's Home Sales. Boy, am I glad I did! I walked into one of their beautiful homes and immediately said to myself, "I think I'm home!" I began the process that day. The staff at Black's is amazing! They are extremely detail oriented, anticipate many of your needs, and are accommodating with changes and special requests. I took my time, deciding on many details I wanted to include or change in my home. They never tired of my many, many questions! Each and every one was responded to immediately, often times with additional options or suggestions. After getting my home exactly how I wanted it on paper, I placed my order. My home was built, then delivered and set up by Black's staff. Every staff member was professional, was respectful of my property, and was kind and courteous to me. We recently bought a home through Black's Home Sales in Duncansville and would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Gary, our salesman went above and beyond with us! It took us a bit longer to make our choices and the bank process seemed to take forever and he was very patient; even after all of my changes and 3 floor plans later he was very gracious and helpful! Our home came when they promised and the quality of the house cannot be beat! Dave the construction manager cannot be surpassed with his excellent communication and service. We get so many compliments on our new home and everyone wants to know where we purchased it! We wanted a place that we knew was going to take good care of our family's needs; Black's Homes Sales came through for us in so many ways!

I now have my dream home thanks to Black's Home Sales. I was able to customize the floor plans and make other changes (like adding a fireplace) to make my home have everything I was looking for. Dave contacted me frequently to make sure that all details were to my liking (style, color, materials, etc.) The process from beginning to end was much easier than building a house from the ground up. There were the expected schedule changes, weather problems, etc. that go into the process but the employees worked hard to get me in my new home as soon as possible. I appreciated having a year following the purchase to identify any issues I had (and they were very few). I really enjoy my home and have no regrets about choosing Black's Home Sales. I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to stop by and take a look.

They always were up front & honest with us while maintaining their professionalism. They guided & explained the process we would be going through from start to finish. After the home was set on our property, which only took 1 day, Dave Edmundson checked in with us many times to ensure the home is to our satisfaction & any problems he could take care of. Black's Home Sales helped us customize our new home to include a Mother-in-Law suite. Throughout the process, we had many questions and MANY requests for "special touches," and Black's helped ease our mind and built us a BEAUTIFUL, custom home that people compliment all the time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a modular house.

We live in Delaware and we traveled to Blacks to see a modular we are interested in buying through a dealer in Delaware who doesnt have that modular on site. The lady we spoke with was extremely kind and friendly. She listened to what we were there for and we were able to get brochures on modulars and the extras available. We then looked around. There are a variety of homes on site with their own personal touches that will help with designing your own home. Even though the weather's been crappy we still appreciate their generosity in allowing us to look around, even in the models that were just delivered and being put together.
