Whataburger

Being the only Whataburger in the area we come here often. The only issue we’ve had in the past with this location was long drive thru wait times. Recently it’s been getting better and today at around 6pm I had the best experience so far! They had the first drive thru window open. The girl at the second window was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait a long time for my food! Food was very fresh! Even the prepackaged cookie!

Joya Brandon is the manager on-site at this location. Whoever brought her in recently made the best possible decision they could have made. Personable, high quality, drive-thru has improved tenfold the last couple of times we’ve visited. Awesome team, awesome people, great location.

Joya Brandon is a miracle worker with her team. She keeps them focused and delivers the food promptly to customers. I believe her efforts in the kitchen are why her shifts run smooth. I Doordash and love to see her when I come in because I know my order will be correct and on time. Thank you Joya for your work at Whataburger..

I already gave this store 5 stars but I came back today on Jan 27, 2024 to say that the manager here re-made my meal when I showed up to pick it up after an Uber eats driver never picked it up. I ended up having to pick it up myself and it had been sitting there for almost an hour. She willingly re-made me a fresh meal and I happily ate it there in their clean and busy restaurant. Awesome work people!!!

Bring back the Dr. Pepper shake!! I'll pass on the caramel latte. The new boneless wings just don't have the same tenderness as the strips. honestly the strips just in different sauce flavors would be better. All good, you still got the chocolate malt and regular 3pc tenders so I'm happy. P.s. don't get rid of the breakfast honey butter chicken biscuits!!

If you go in the mornings/lunch time, the food is always a 10/10. The two little Hispanic ladies on the grill and assembly area always make the food fresh and delicious every single time. And the manager Sherry definitely runs a tight ship. The restaurant is always clean when she's there. They're what make this Whataburger the best, and are why I keep returning. Very hard workers!!

If you haven't, and if ur a fan of BBQ sauce, get the Honey BBQ Strip Sandwhich! I didn't think I would like it but I was wrong.
Not only that, the service was efficient, kind, and extremely helpful. Praise that night crew 🙌

1/27/24 - I am a local Realtor and finished looking at a home in McKinney/New Hope area when my son said daddy I’m hungry so I pulled into the nearest quick place to grab a bite for my son and myself. It’s fast food, I’m not expecting much however the service I received from the young man (Josiah) who took my order was great. I asked a few questions about what was offered for nuggets for kids and he explained it to me. I asked about a chicken sandwich and received clearer answers (keep in mind, this is something that is not common in the day and age, especially with young people, 25 and under, who generally don’t care) and then proceeded to repeat the order to make sure he heard it correctly and if I forgot anything. He spoke well/clearly, he was quick but did not rush, and he was professional! This is an excellent example of what an experience should be when ordering food regardless of the fast food chain. Josiah was great. The store is located at 803 S. Princeton Dr (Highway 380) Princeton, Texas 75407.

Aishia was our cashier, and was very helpful. She seemed like she may be new, but I can see a lot of potential! Keep up the great work, and we’ll see you again soon. Only thing that wasn’t five star worthy, was the fries. Definitely not fresh, and tasted like they’ve been sitting for a while

Went thru drive in. Meals are usually 100% correct. Only thing I didn't get was my $1 ticket for contribution to their fund raiser.

I love Whataburger it is one of yhe best and consistant burgers made know matter were you go. We are finally getting on in Hot Springs AR. Yahoooo can't wait.

Takes a while but thats due to the huge amount of people who come in. When theres not a million people theyre fast kind and make damn solid food

Customer service is great, always been kind to me with a smile... food just as good! They gave me a small cup of mayonnaise instead of ketchup for my onion rings... which automatically gets a FIVE-STAR!

Had to try this "Texas favorite" & "Go-To" burger joint! I must say. The meat and quality lived up to their standards.

Wonderful experience this go round and I believe it's because there weren't many customers.
