We recently built a new home during the pandemic along with many, many supply chain issues. We bought most of the tile that we needed from ProSource. Prior to that I had gone to three other tile stores, picked out all of the tile, etc. that I needed, left the store with assurances that they would quickly get me a quote. Even after following up with them multiple times I never received a quote from any of them. I got my Prosource quote, either before I left the store or on the same day. Start to finish with no problems. Scottie is one of the best sales representatives that I have ever worked with. She gives excellent service and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

Valerie was amazing and allowed us access to the showroom and helped us with our kitchen countertop shopping. She was very responsive and did not force anything on us. Definitely have ProSource on your list!

I bought cabinets from ProSource at the end of August. The date of install would be Sept 1st - 5th. I am still waiting on Sept 25th for the cabinets to arrive. No date can be given... I have told them I am waiting to sell the house and the cabinets are costing me the mortgage. How long will I have to wait? No one can tell me. I have several interested buyers in the home right now. This company does not care about you or your project.

I had the pleasure to work with Trent a ProSource employee. He was great to find the answers for me that I did not have. I had the company delivering the cabinets calling me providing me updates directly. As a customer if I could go through ProSource myself I would. I appreciate the follow through.
