The Weight Clinic of Madison

Went for my first initial appointment today and I’m excited to start my journey with Dr. Summers and the team! They got me feeling motivated and provided me with information that I feel is substantial to the success of an overall healthy lifestyle from this point forward!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, with excellent knowledge of the program. They’re always ready to answer questions and offer tips that haven been most helpful. Dr. Summers doesn’t make you wait long and is eager to help you meet your goals.

The results speak for themselves, I have been dieting off and on for my whole life (Just like everyone else) and it is a struggle. I was 208 in Feb and am down to 173 as of beginning of June, great program and great people. I would Highly recommend them

For this place to be so (SO) busy... The staff sure has their s*** together. Much appreciated. Key component to a successful business. With that being said, expect to wait a minute... It's not the staffs fault everyone does a great job.

Great staff and a plan that is affordable and actually works! I would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and be more healthy!

They really helped. They listen to you and really try to help. They are a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Staff is wonderful and many information is given to anyone that doesn't understand

Everyone was super friendly, only complaint is this was my first time here and what was supposed to take 2 hours consult has turned into almost 5 hours... I was given a $10 off of my visit but that was no compensation and this was a big inconvenience considering I was the first patient in the door and was first to sign in but the last to be seen and last to leave ( all new patients)

I've been going here on and off for 4 years. I've never been able to consistently receive the weight loss medication ever. I run out and jump through hoops to get any more but always have to start the process all over again. I would never recommend anyone to go there unless you don't mind wasting your time. I don't appreciate being lied to!! I was told directly that they didn't send my prior authorization but now today it's " You don't know what we do? " and that's a lie because you forgot you told me you didn't.

I am a little disappointed. I have called four times over the last view weeks. Each time I’ve called the phone went to voice mail. I left a message like it stated for them to call me back. Crickets! I have heard great things about the clinic, but I guess I will not know. Maybe I’ll be able to get in touch with them if I keep trying.
