So far I’m super happy. It’s been 2 weeks since the hormone replacement therapy treatment was started and 1 week since I got my weight loss shots. I am very happy with the quality of care from the staff and the knowledge they have given me. Chad Gilliam and Dr. Dawn are both so awesome.

I have been going to Chad for primary care for 15y years. All other doctors said my thyroid was "in normal range" and didn't dig any further. Chad was quick to test, diagnosis and begin treating my hypothyroidism. Anytime I need hormone tweaks or am feeling less than optimal, Chad will do a thorough workup until he gets to the root cause. I have treated myself to some of the aesthetic services as well.

I have been going for about a year now, and I can't state how how great Madison Wellneass is! Dr. Chad is extremely through he is and how invested he is in hormones... specifically he told me in college he got his masters specifically in hormones because it interested him so much! And the staff is amazing! When I started I wasn't in full blown menopause and once it started it was horrible I was able to text the nurse and explain how bad my symptoms were and that very same week in 2 days she had moved the schedule around so I could get labs to see what was going on and moved my pellet insertion up to the next week to help relieve my symptoms! The ability to be able to contact them anytime, even after hours is priceless when it comes to your health! And people that actually care is very rare! And they don't just pick standard meds for everyone! They can adjust your supplements and medications to fit your exact symptoms! I lost almost 20lbs and it has stayed off since my first pellet insertion over the first 3-4 month period! And honestly I'm not working out or doing anything different just my hormones and thyroid and everything is in check! They really have been kind and understanding through this uncomfortable and challenging time I've been going through IT CAN BE HORRIBLE for us women BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE! And 3 different ladies working there told me about their menopause experiences and what they did, (age doesn't matter) you can go through it at 27 or 30 if you have had to have your ovaries removed or other health issues like endometriosis or a hysterectomy!

My first visit at the Madison Wellness & Aesthetic Center and my lovely aesthetician, Ms Ally Woods, has my skin looking so smoooooth!! 🥰 She gave me the Perfect Derma Peel and it worked perfectly on my dark skin. Ally was very friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately gave me the “know, like, trust” feeling so I will definitely go back for future services to include my blood facial.🩸😜 My overall experience was excellent so I highly recommend the Madison Wellness & Aesthetic Center…but please don’t interrupt my appointments with Ally! 🤭✌🏾

Awesome! The office staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Doctors (especially Dr. Mancuso) are knowledgeable as well and willing to listen to each individual to design a treatment path for YOU! Not a one size fits all place, they truly care about what's best for everybody! Love them!

The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Pam has made my skin look fabulous and the weekly b-12 shots keep my energy up! Highly recommend.

I’ve had lip filler, botox, multiple facials, weight loss injections & laser hair removal here. All services were great! The front staff is extremely nice & helpful & the providers have all been informative & comforting!

I was hesitant to have someone else touch my lips (I’ve only ever had 1 person inject me), but Dr Mancuso did an amazing job! I used to bruise SO easily, but I didn’t bruise AT ALL! They recommend 2 week follow ups so that IF anything doesn’t settle correctly they can fix it. Luckily, I had no issues! Dr. Mancuso is very gentle w/ her technique!

The facials are amazing as well. They have a facial scanner that takes photos of your face to show different categories (pore size, redness, oil, hyperpigmentation, UV damage, etc). These photos really helped my aesthetician customize my treatment & skincare products!

The weight loss injections helped me lose weight & help get my health under control. The injections really helped turn that little voice off in my head that had me constantly thinking about food. They also helped me feel fuller for longer & faster! They have an Inbody scan that I’m able to use that shows muscle mass, BMI, weight, etc & it’s really eye opening & really helps you know where you need to focus!

The laser hair removal is by far the best investment I’ve ever spent $ on. I had terrible ingrown hairs & laser hair removal really helped rid of that. Plus, I hardly ever have to shave now so I’ll take it! Razor burn? Shaving everyday or multiple times a week? — all things of the past!

I would 100% recommend going here for all the things!

Hands down that’s it.
Oh and he doesn’t try to rush the appointment, so he can get to the next patient.

I really like Lindsey. She is very helpful and answers all my questions. Weight loss is going really good.

I am in the middle of laser hair removal treatments for hair on the outside surface of my ears. The laser technician, Azia, is quite experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. So far the treatments have been going very well and I am already seeing results.

I absolutely love this place. So clean, service is quick and everyone is so friendly! AZIA is great at explaining everything and is super nice!
