Grand opening vibe was suspenseful to say the least, customers were very giddy to be first in line and I was also!
Staff was very energetic and all smiles as they should be....
Ordered on line and picked a seat, dining room was neat and tidy as patrons were picking tables.
Food was fresh and hot, chicken biscuit was on the smaller size but understandably portioned correctly for the price..
Hashbrowns had no complaints, crisp salty and full of potato flavor..
Coffee was freshly brewed and piping hot, ready to dab into the remaining menu for years to come, 5 stars on this visit!!!

First time at drive thru for Chick-fil-A. There were two lines and one person taking orders in one line. This was not an ideal situation if you're in the wrong line. I needed a menu, but I just told the order taker to give us standard items combos. She did, and it was great.

Very friendly folks working here. Also, it is joa very popular fast food joint. The chicken sandwich is delicious, and the waffle fries are good with the Chick Fil-A sauce.

Traveling from Georgia; It feels good knowing that there was a Chik-Fil-A on our way to our destination. Same great taste, outlets to charge our devices, and welcoming environment. I did wonder if it was closed because I saw no one at the counter.

I took my students on a field trip and we ate for lunch. The mgr, Christian (I believe), and his staff were amazing! They were patient when the students ordered and received their food! That was the best part of the day! (According to them) thank you!

Even when they occasionally drop the ball, they always make sure it's made right! Excellent customer service, Thank you Alissa for fixing my bad experience🤙

I always receive fast and friendly service at this location. They keep the line moving, and the food is consistently fresh. You can't go wrong with their lemonade and cookies and cream shake (you can thank me later). I would not hesitate to stop at this location any day or time

I got there about 10:30 on a Saturday, just when the breakfast menu changes over to the lunch menu.
I won't try to tell anyone how great the food and service is at a Chic-fyl-a. What I will say is that the above day of the week and time is when you can actually find a parking space and get into any UNCROWDED Chic-fyl-a location!

Love the chicken sandwich and fries. The staff are friendly. The service is great.

Glad we have you here in Bradley. Second day and second time getting food. Delicious. Honestly, regardless of the location, I have had zero complaints. Chick-fil-A is one of those rare food places, one of a kind. Staff is always friendly, food is always fresh. The staff is always respectful and charismatic. They are and have been doing something right. Kudos!

Our first time trying Chick-fil-A and we loved it. Staff was very pleasant and willing to please customers. Food was delicious. All the raving I heard about it was true. Definitely making it one of my favorites

Chick-fil-A is absolutely scrumptious. I can simply state here, with all of my heart I enjoy meals at this location every time I take an outing around this area. The lemonade is so precise it makes my taste buds soar through the sky. The waffle fries, so salty and with such a vibrant potato taste, I simple can’t ask for much more.

Love chick-fil-a. The food is always on point. The drive thru line was pretty long, but the people who take the orders were very friendly and professional, and got the line moving at a decent pace. Did I mention how amazing the food is?

I went to this brand new location opening day around 11:15 AM. From the moment I walked in the door it was a pleasant experience my order was taken within five minutes of me walking into the store and I don’t think I waited longer than 10 minutes for my food. I ordered for about seven people it was a pretty big order everything was correct food was fresh and hot. Job well done to the new Chick-fil-A can’t wait to return

Food is good, staff is professional and courteous and is very responsive to order issues which are solved quickly and with a sense of urgency. The wait lines have been huge, but if you go inside service is generally pretty fast (especially compared to the drive thru). Overall, good place. The managers seem to be doing a great job.

Clean, polite staff, good food. Our dine-in order was short a sandwich, and I had to go back to the counter for it. Employee seemed unapologetic. Otherwise, a positive experience.

Chick-fil-A is a throw back experience to a time when most people were kind. The atmosphere is perfect and the food stands out from the norm.
