I've never had anything less than great service at this location. Even got a free jr frosty because my order took a few minutes longer than expected

The food was good, fries were just made, and overall a good experience. This location is a pretty good one!

Nice staff very helpful. Was asking a bout a burger with no bun to stay on keto and the lady who waited on me explained the pricing and all.

My granddaughter and I made a quick stop at Wendy's in Allegheny Township/Leechburg store. The store was clean, the food preparation was perfect and the staff was efficient. My favorite Wendy's in our area!

Took my reward points, yet charged me full price for my salad. Have a complaint in to corporate, but it is the weekend. Not the local store's fault, but she did offer me a free salad the next time I came in...

At one time their food and service was very good . Lately their quality of food has dropped , it was once very good . Now it's mediocre at best to sometimes poor . Their service , once very good now it's the same mediocre at best to poor . What has happened ???? Poor Training , Miss Management or just as SIMPLE AS I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE ???? Plus going thru the Drive-Thru is a CATASTROPHE . You order , you pay (you get a slip you can't read , how hard is it to get a NEW SLIP PRINTER). Then you pickup your order , then go home to find out you didn't get what you ordered . Sandwiches wrong , Chili is luke warm (you order cheese in it to find out there's none) and the fries (don't ask) . I think there's a I Don't Care Attitude among the workers there . It's Time For a CHANGE !! If I were the OWNERS , I'd Be TOTALLY ASHAMED !! Sorry for Being Blunt !!

Nice clean restaurant & restroom. Courteous and friendly staff.

Breakfast: I recommend the biscuit & gravy, and especially their seasoned potatoes! The flavored lemonades are good, but they put a lot of flavoring, and it tends to settle to the bottom. Stir really well! They are sweet, and could probably be made with less flavoring. Still very tasty.

Went in there for breakfast with 5 separate orders and the girl at the front counter was so nice and handled it all well. Dining room was clean, food tasted fresh and was tasty :)

The customer service is great here. They are respectful, have cordial manners most importantly the food is always great. There's not too much salt allowing you to enjoy every bite and it's good for your heart! So what are you waiting for the burgers are 100% beef unlike other restaurants you have to guess why they bounce! The fries are made out potato & the chicken is farm fresh!

I used the drive thru. The service was great. My order was right, and the employees were helpful and polite.

Got breakfast sandwiches deal at 955am.. Noone in line, food was hot and fresh, was expecting left overs because of the time, so pleasantly surprised. Cashier very nice. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was delicious. Much better than that McPlace down the road, who probably would have said breakfast was over.

I just want to know where you guys find your staff. They’re the absolute best. The food is delicious & always fresh. But the staff makes it so much better, kudos to them. I have yet to ever leave without a smile across my face.

Service sometimes extremely slow. They need to be more consistent. Breakfast menu outstanding. Addition of ham on breakfast menu would be fantastic. Their biscuits beat McDonald's hands down.

Absolutely love their all natural lemonade. No aftertaste. My husband almost always orders their Chili fries and devours them all. Food ia always hot and fresh.

I was on my way home from a long day of running errands and wanted to give this Wendy's a try. I got home to find out my order was not only wrong, it was someone else's!

Made a phone-call about the issue and they were very kind and willing to fix it. Great service!

I absolutely typically never do breakfast but was a little hungry this morning 🌅 so decided to stop on my way to work. Considering it was bright and early everyone was seemed to be upbeat a cheerful. Food was fast and hot and tasted awesome!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Quick service when going thru the drive through. Friendly staff and great food.

The employees are friendly, the service is fast, and the food is always prepared excellently. When I eat here, I usually have some special requests, and the staff there always gets my order correct.
