I was towed to this location after having some tire issues. They were able to fix my issues with fair price. Friendly and great customer service.

Being on the receiving end of a hit and run is never fun. Luckily, my insurance company was easy to work with and allowed Smith’s Body Shop to complete my repairs. As always, the body shop was excellent to work with. Professional, timely service, and quality repairs. They were able to order parts and complete repairs in a short time that was convenient for my schedule. I have been to this body shop before and will be back. My vehicle is always in great shape when I leave (like it never even happened).

The staff here was great to work with. Greg explained everything to us in detail, and the work they performed was awesome. Can't tell anything ever even happened to our vehicle. We have used them in the past, and have always been very pleased with them.

After striking something in the highway causing two flat tires leaving me stranded beside the road. A stranger recommended Smith’s towing to assist. After talking with them over the phone they promptly came and towed my vehicle to a tire repair shop then took us to a hotel. Greg was the driver and was very professional and nice during this ordeal making it as pleasant as it good be. Thank you for helping make the best of a unfortunate situation and getting off the road and into a hotel so swiftly.

No one ever is happy to go to a body shop...however, I always show up and leave with a smile from this place. Always welcoming, fair/reasonable, professional, and on time with repairs or other body work. My family has gone to them for many years after many accidents/incidents. We don’t have to even bother calling anyone else, as we know the consistent level of quality we will receive from Smith’s.

Wonderful people working at Smith’s Body Shop. Had to have a roller hinge on my 2004 Honda Odyssey replaced. Got great service and treated like family. Definitely heading back for the repairs to the door on the other side.

After being stranded on the side of the interstate late in the day on Monday heading home from Gulf Shores I called several body shops, and wrecker drivers but no one knew what to do. When I spoke to Jae he promised he would come and tow me, and then help me find a shop that would help me out. After we found a shop, the mechanic diagnosed it as a major issue and I was going to be stranded. Jae had mechanic experience, and suggested it may not be as bad as the mechanic suggested (he turned out to be right). Jae took me to rent a Uhaul at one place, and then a car dolly at another rental shop, and then I was finally on my way home. He offered to take me to a hotel, and even offered to tow me all the way home. Thanks Jae!

Our son had a wreck while driving one of our vehicles and Smiths towed our truck. However the insurance company of the person responsible was extremely slow Smiths body shop& towing went above and beyond to help and keep us satisfied.I would recommend this place to all! Great job !

Greg and the folks at Smith's Body Shop treated my wife and I like family and went above and beyond the normal level of service to overcome so many obstacles with outside support and parts supply. I can't imagine anyone not being completely satisfied with their work ethic, professional attitude and neighborly warmth!

Had my truck break down while traveling from Florida to Kentucky and had the pleasure of having jae tow my car in cullman. He was by the far the most sincere professional I've met in any aspect of the automotive business and even brought me to the rental car office. While they didn't have any cars available he made sure we were taken care of and drove us where we needed to be that day getting the truck fixed before he would even drop it. It's refreshing to know there are people like him driving a tow truck and meeting people during what could be a negative experience, (breaking down) because in our case he turned that right around!!! 5 stars service easy!!

They do Excellent work, they went above and beyond finishing in three days. that was exactly time they told me it would be ready. I would recommend them to anyone.
