Went in today for a billing question only to find out I'd been given some bad information at another location. The blonde haired girl that was working today was so patient and helpful. She gets the five stars today. Good customer service is hard to find anymore so it was refreshing to be able to deal with someone who believes in treating people the right way.

They were so helpful and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing which took less time waiting. .

I must say the people who are talking junk about the experience they had at Cricket wireless can’t be true! I was recommended to go there by several different people so I decided to go it was the best experience I have had in any wireless store. I have had Verizon and Sprint. When I went I ask for who I was told by several people and that was Trevor. He took his time and helped me I switch over from Verizon to cricket. A week later went in to add another phone he also helped me not only did he take care of us as customers we felt like family while in the store. I recommend if you go there to ask for Trevor he goes above and beyond for his customers. While in there I witnessed this with other customers. So all the negative things being spread are not true! I will continue to deal with Trevor when I go into the store. Thank you for the best experience ever Trevor keep up the good work.

I have tried several different cell phone services due to poor reception in the area i live in, however, I'm very pleased with Crickets Service and customer care. Now I never drop a call due to lack of service.
