Very friendly staff, great prices, quality products, they work with you as long as you talk to them. Pay top dollar, as long as you don't bring in trash thinking it's gold. Some people don't understand businesses get busy! I do a lot of business there, never had a problem, if you do they make it right.

Been going here for some years now. If I’m ever in a bind and need to pawn something they always help me out. And if I ever need a extension they always give me plenty of time to pick up and sometimes with no extra cost. Just always stay in contact with them and there is no problem.

Stopped by looking for random object. While they didn’t have it, they offered alternatives and even pointed me in a direction that gave me the end result I was looking for. Very cool people. Highly recommend stopping by and taking a look.

Decent place to pawn electronics my only problem at this place is the rude employee's, but then again I guess I would be the same way towards people if I was working at a pawn shop.

Went in to sell outright a few small gold pieces. A young woman seemed a little hesitant to make decisions on her own, as she went to another gentleman and asked several times about different aspects of likely purchase. I left without selling anything. She did a standard acid test on bullion that I purchased directly from APMEX WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Mind you, I’m ok with this, but before removing an obvious new mint gold piece I always ask and I’m always asked. Anyway, still in the packaging, and stamped accordingly, she did the testing. She walked over to the gentleman that she was asking for guidance the entire time and asked, I’m assuming, how to test the 24k, to which he replied loud enough for me to hear, “just do it at 22k.” On the last piece (from the same bundle or lot), she comes back and says they cannot move forward on the purchase because it’s fading on the stone. I smile because this is absurd, trust me when I say this, all things happen for a reason, and and assured her that was fine because I understand that if I’m in doubt, I’m out. I’d do the same. While collecting my gold she shows me the stone and the mark she made and WOAH, it looks like she murdered and sacrificed a kilo bar of gold on the stone. Anyways, I chalked it up to the cosmos sending me a humorous message about dealing with this place. When I got back into my vehicle with a smile on my face thinking about the situation, I noticed the tiny little gram bar in which she botched the acid test and was not fading at all, the poor bar has lost its value. Lol. In two decades I’ve never destroyed or had anything destroyed while testing. And it is the first time I’ve ever had anything fail. ALSO, I purchased straight from the mint! Wow, check this pic out, from mint to spent. Waves, smashed, and likely weighing less. I’m really not a difficult to deal with businessman, but this was funny and terrible at the same time. Hope the management or owners see this and make adjustments for others. The woman was very polite and respectful and I did not wait to get help so I still give them two stars. But yeah, I’ll just leave this at “SEE PICS.”
