Pick and choose what they work on. That's fine to a certain extent, but after saying he'd respond to an email after 2 weeks, he only responded when I showed up at his shop. When I mentioned I sent an email two weeks prior with pictures as requested after an in person visit, he said, "I don't know about that." Yes, it was 13 days since I sent the email, I checked.

Poor communication and the shop asked me if I'd order the parts for them to do the job. If I order the parts, that's 1/4 to 1/3 of the job itself.

Also declined to work on parts of the vehicle that need to be fixed. Total waste of time before any work was completed.
