Good service and the food was good. Always clean at this location as well which I like.
Manager Katie and employees were helpful and friendly. Seems like there are more employees and operating much better than prior months.

I come here for lunch almost every day in the week. I have never had a problem with my order. The service is always courteous, friendly and just plain excellent. I hear a ton of respectful communication between employees in the kitchen. I have to say this is hands down the most consistently positive fast food experience I have had, and probably the best Wendy's location I have ever been to overall.

Best bacon egg n cheese I've had In a while. Crispy bacon is the key wish that was a order option.

We went into this Wendy's, the lady at the register was so good, we were making everything a la carte and she said I'm going to make things into meals to save you money, all of our burgers were special order and they got them all correct and to top it off, the people in the back made everything correct and the order was out to us within a few minutes!! I was Very pleased!!!#

Absolutely awesome place!
My only issue with it was my family and I stayed and ate at the restaurant, and the music that was playing was NOT AT ALL "kid friendly"!
It was a bit much...

Other than that, the food was great, the service was great, and the order came out really fast!

Always good food. Drive thru has been slow. Lack of e.ployees they say. So expect a little delay.

Went to drive thru, and they were nice and funny. The manager even gave me a free cookie for my birthday. 🥰

Wendy's is the I would have to say the best one he's I've ever been to is the one in Novi every time we've been there and there's a girl 💣 named Miranda who has always waited on us unfortunately I really don't like the other ones we get our hamburgers hamburgers half off the bun they forget our chicken nuggets all the time the one in Novi as the best keep up the good work Miranda

The drive thru was fast and the food was hot

This is a great place to park in the morning if you want to walk the I 275 bike path. Easy access by sidewalk from their parking lot. Great chili here!!! Yum!

The drive thru service was quick and the staff was friendly. The food I ordered was prepared just right.

With everyone short staffed and still under COVID protocol Wendy's does an above average job of the term Fast Food. Line moves and food is hot and fresh.

Best Wendy’s I’ve had in at least 10 years. Fries hot sandwich hot. Frosty thick and cold. Also great service.

Staff courteous and friendly. Offered to give my puppy a treat, but didn't have any available. Nice gesture, though!

My food is always fresh! Even when the messed up my order, they were very kind and fixed it for me!

This Wendy's and the nearby Arby's are the only fast food places locally that have decent staff, and it doesn't take half an hour to get your food!

Fast food wise one of the better ones in the are, fast service, hot food, and polite. Nothing more to ask for.

Good food made better with app deals.
