The spools of rhinestones make incredible garland btw. Store is always extremely clean. Can be busy at times (tis the season) However I observed every cashier providing excellent service to every customer 😀 👍

Always find what I’m looking for. This particular store just opened recently near my job and has been very convenient to pick things up. I even had a discrepancy over a price of a sign posted and they honored the sign. Thank you

I was thrilled with the help I got from Michael C. I was unable to navigate the web site to up load pictures for acrylic wall tiles.He was very patient as we worked on my order and successfully submitted. It was unfortunate that the current framing department staff could not from a previous visit.

My daughter needed a few items for a project. We found what she needed (I think the selection is huge at this store). The girl at checkout was pleasant and friendly.

Best place to get anything for crafting. From unfinished wood (my favorite), gorgeous florals, beads, framing, needle work, and paints, this is the place to go. They usually have coupons, so be sure to check their website before you shop.

The woman that helped me was excellent. She helped submit a work order to have my son's art framed. She was very helpful. Took care in giving me opinions on what colors look good and the correct frame. Very pleased with the overall experience. Thank you!

They made a selfie cut out board for our class reunion and decorated it.

The store is very well stocked and organized. I went to have a large picture custom framed and the associate was extremely patient & helpful assisting me to find the right frame & matting. The custom frames are a little pricey but nice quality and it's worth the extra attention to have it look good.

Really great selection of craft items. We found all that we needed when we were here. The lady named Mary who is at the cash register was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. This place does not seem as busy and hectic as some of the other stores in the area are. Very clean and neatly organized.

Michaels has everything! Art supplies, decorations, and even some learning toys. This Vex Robotic was fun to put together and works perfectly. Great prices and friendly staff. You can't go wrong here!

Update. Recently I needed seashells to complete my beach themed bathroom. Neither Joanne's nor Hobby Lobby had any. Michael's came through big time. I found a bag of beautiful seashells and starfish which were perfect. Thank you Michael's.

I had Michael's frame a poster for me this week. I had no idea what to expect. The result was beautiful. It was far better than I expected. Thank you again Michael's.

Well organized, quiet and tidiest store I ever seen

I stop in here fairly frequently to purchase craft items, yarn, and flowers for floral arrangements. I find the people who work here to be friendly and helpful. I love the seasonal items as well.

In recent weeks I had the opportunity to use the framing department at the back of the store. I had dried flowers from floral arrangements from a wedding a year ago along with the original wedding invitation. I asked if they could do a large shadowbox display and they said yes. I brought everything in a couple of weeks ago and discussed everything with Hannah. We picked out the jewel color matting the frame and the overall style. Then I told her to pick an arrangement she thought would look best for the dried flowers and the invitation. I picked up the shadowbox last night and as soon as she unwrapped it I was literally dropping my jaw it was so beautiful. I was able to present a gift to my friends last night who recently celebrated their one year anniversary. They loved it! If you ever need a beautiful shadowbox please drop in and say hello to Hannah.

When creativity hits my wife, this is her favorite store.

We never shop at Micheals, usually Joanns. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of different craft items available and the sales that were available. We aren't store brand specific, we just lived previously in an area that did not have any other store. Store was clean and pretty well stocked. Staff was OK but I wouldn't go as far as to say friendly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All aisles individually number but the staff walks you directly to your item.

The cashier is fast and efficient. Inquiring if you want rewards etc.
