Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We ate here with our family on vacation in Canton. Great menu, decent prices, great food, very gracious service! They had some unique choices I don't often see. They fixed my son's order without any trouble. The assistant manager, Austin, even came out and asked us how things were and when I pointed out I didn't see any fudge on my signature turtle sundae, he added the fudge himself! Very friendly and we all enjoyed our supper here.

This place is amazing the workers interact with customers and make us feel welcome. They make our custard faster than ever while still being efficient! Drive thru as-well. They take their time while taking your order to ensure accuracy, while being time efficient as well. The lobby is well taken care of so is the bathrooms. I enjoyed this place very much

The assistant manager Austin is who helped us order, he was great!! The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean with good music to set the atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

We were greeted at the register and our order taken. I ordered a #1 combo and my wife had a vanilla we with Butterfinger concrete. We were both happy with our selections. The service was excellent !!!

So last summer I ate a Freddy's in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee that was next to my hotel. I've never heard of Freddy's and was excited to try something new that wasn't near me. OMG my taste buds were in heaven and I was definitely going to make plans on stopping here whenever I visit Pigeon Forge in the future.
So recently I did a Google search to see where the nearest Freddy's was to me. I was in complete shock when a location came up in North Canton (Beldon Village). After work today I decided to go there for lunch and damn am I glad I did 😀! I asked the employee who took my order how long has this location been here? His reply surprisingly shocked me when he said about 2 years. I told him how I discovered Freddy's. (It's a shame that I had to travel so far away when there was one already in my back yard). I asked him why they don't advertise? His reply was "the owner is to cheap, and doesn't want to spend the money on advertising"
Damn shame because the food is freaking awesome!

My fiance and I came here for lunch since he have never been to a Freddy’s. We had a great experience, , food was delicious , very quick service and Austin was very friendly!
We’ll definitely be back!!

This place is awesome! Nicest staff members ever. They had the food out quickly and the dining room was super clean. Can’t beat the steakburgers either!

I’ll first start by saying Freddy’s has become a family favorite.. my boys especially love their grilled cheese and French fries. Tonight we went for dinner and ordered 3 grilled cheese meals, but they accidentally gave us 3 cheeseburgers instead. When I mentioned the mistake they were incredibly apologetic. The employee AND the manager came over to apologize while they corrected the order. They told us to keep the first meal and they’d bring out new food. My boys happily chowed down on the fries as we waited. To my surprise, the manager, Austin, came out with 3 new FULL meals- grilled cheeses and fries out the wazoo! I told him he didn’t need to get us new fries but he was happy to do so and sincerely apologized yet again. I was very impressed with how this simple mistake was corrected. Thank you Freddy’s! We’ll be back :)

The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very welcoming. I had a question about one of the items on the menu and the female manager was extremely helpful and approachable. Will definitely be back again soon!

Austin is by far one of the kindest people I have ever met. His positive attitude and customer service is a breathe of fresh air. He needs a easier.

Great food and delicious custard. The cheese curds were yummy. Love the shoestring French fries. No onion rings due to a shortage which was a bummer but the other sides were yummy. The staff was super friendly. Great spot to check out!

Lady who took care of us was lovely and kind. The food was good. Even took the time to make sure if they cooked in peanut oil or not. Much appreciated!

It was our first time visiting a Freddy’s while on vacation, and it didn’t disappoint. Very good food and customer service. I wish we had one closer to home in PA.

Out of all the Freddys surrounding stores this one by FAR is the best!! The customer service, food, and cleanliness of this place goes unmatched! I will definitely be back!! I also have to give kudos out to the General Manager Logan!

Best service I have ever had! Best desert and burger and fries! Management was wonderful. Staff was patient and kind!

The staff was very polite and quick to serve even with short staffing. Food was made quickly and fresh. Inside was particularly clean too.

Such great crew we had while there, also gave an awesome PupCup to our Dogo which made his day! Very happy with the professionalism and true caring interaction, very rare!

I can’t say enough good things about Phil (district manager). He was very friendly, accommodating, efficient and more! The food was fresh! Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was great, had a chat with Auston up in the front and was good. Workers were nice and nothing to complain about with the food.
