Hannaford Pharmacy

The Pharmacist Matthew went above and beyond today, calling another pharmacy and the ER department of the hospital to get my medication to me. I've aways had decent experiences here, but today was top notch.

A good pharmacy. Notifications come promptly. Will sync your prescriptions so they are all filled at once. Good at giving vaccines. All the Hannaford pharmacies are clean and bright and spacious. I recommend.

pharmacist and techs were amazing ! so helpful !! i had a new prescription i needed asap, from Mass and they transferred it immediately and got it ready super fast !!!

Hannafords Pharmacy has been my Pharmacy for years now. They are friendly, efficient and I feel that they truly care about about me, my medications and my overall wellbeing. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

One of the rudest staff I have ever encountered- act like you are beneath them.

Given them 2 shots and back to back last month to this month have given me the same service.

Will be using Walgreens from now on.

Takes forever to get anything nothing is done in 15-30 minutes like anywhere else.

This pharmacy has become completely incompetent since changing to new system that was supposed to improve matters. Last month they filled two of the same prescriptions and didn't fill one of the scripts I needed. I was forced to return to the store with both bottles of the same script in order to get my correct medication. One is for 10 pills and one is for 60 pills. How does that get screwed up??? Incompetence! They also gave me 50 pills of a medication that I am supposed to get 60 of
Now their newer better system is showing that I received 60 pills. How does this happen??? Incompetence!!!

One of the most inconvenient pharmacy's I've ever used. You need to walk to the other side of store and no drive thru window. Also was told they will text you when your meds are ready, but you wont get the text for 24 hours.
seems silly considering technology these days...

Decided to go shopping here on 11/11/20 with family. Went to put back some chicken that was too cold. Before I even had a second to explain an employee from the deli had ripped it from my hands and proceeded to talk down to me. I left there very upset and will not be returning. Thank you for ruining my day and my lunch.
