Excellent experience! Everyone friendly. Audrey was a great help. 100xs better than online orders and returns. They knew what my school required. Boys tried the clothes on ( would have never thought to order slim) and they helped me buy or order it. Great checkout experience too. We have shopped with Dennis Uniforms since 2016 and the shopping experience with Dennis Uniform in Huntsville, Alabama great! If they do not have an item in stock you need for your child, they will order it for you. If you have an issue with a faulty uniform design they will promptly replace the item or order a new uniform item for your child. We have four more years of future shopping with Dennis and we look forward to the continued quality customer service!

First time having to do school uniforms and the ladies were so kind and helpful. Sienna was the associate who helped us primarily and she was so so patient with all my questions, I cannot express how much I appreciated her help ❤ I was so lost on sizes and cuts and what he needed and they just made it so easy. 10 of 10 will go there again 🥰

Wendy helped us to find exactly what we needed in the sizes we needed, all while be very patient and friendly. The young lady that checked us out was also very friendly. If we have to buy uniforms, I’m glad that it is at a store where the associates were so nice.

I arrived at Dennis a few minutes before closing and to my surprise the entire staff was so pleasant and accommodating throughout my much-too-long time of indecisiveness! Wonderful team and wonderful experience. I got what I needed, with their help.

This is our first school uniforms experience and the staff made it so pleasant for us. Audrey helped us with fitting and Sienna was our cashier. They were both so helpful. We shopped at the Huntsville, AL location on Leeman Ferry Road.

I experienced issues with this store after having not received my order for quite sometime, the original order and the reorder. So I’m now waiting on a third order which could be pretty frustrating but Dennis Uniform in Huntsville made it a lot less frustrating by being understanding and accommodating which I’m HIGHLY grateful for.

Very happy with customer service. I sent email a few hours after ordering to change the size after I had ordered. They updated the size for me being it had not shipped yet.

We came to Dennis Uniforms to outfit our daughter for her first year at a private school. Bailey was so helpful with showing us which items to purchase and giving her input on fit, etc. We will definitely shop here again!

I don't often leave reviews, but have to leave one for Dennis Uniforms in Huntsville. We just recently moved to the area and my daughter was to start at a new school the day after our shopping trip to Dennis Uniform. It was the day after a significant snow storm and the power was out in the store. Did the store close because the power was out? NO! The ladies in the store were working without lights and heat but still provided the best customer service I could have asked for. My daughter and I were able to purchase everything she needed for the next day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

We had an appointment for 12:30 and arrived at 12:15. Placed a call upon arrival to notify we were present for our appointment. Within 10 minutes, we were escorted to a semi-private area where we were given the undivided attention someone who not only reviewed the dress code for my daughter's school, but then proceeded to pull multiple sizes and variety of acceptable clothing items. Service was great. You may be wondering about price, but for a niche market, their prices are fair and for the "one stop" convenience, the prices are within a few dollars of Old Navy, Amazon, Kohls, etc. They also offer online ordering and curbside pickup. Excellent!

Dennis Uniform employees have always been very helpful at the store and on phone. Didn't deal with any live people this time, but figured out what we needed and paid for it. Smooth and easy 👌

Staff is amazing!! They make sure to welcome you no matter how busy they are, and they help you find the school section for your child(ren).

Their hours change, so make sure you check that, but they are always very kind, attentive, and super helpful. They tend to have what I need in stock. If not, they order it and have it shipped to you at no extra cost!

Love the excellent customer service. I am seemingly always in a hurry. They quickly get me in and out with just what I need.
