I usually get really great service here and good prices. Just would be nice to have more appliance parts in stock- esp for the things that are commonly broken on new appliances. Having to load dishwasher in my car and bring back for exchange sucked. It was otherwise a hassle free exchange and I easily received refund for my delivery charge. The associates are friendly and helpful

Staff was extremely helpful while looking for stainless steel bolts. They helped me figure out what size and thread that I needed. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, toilet paper and soap, and it’s one of my pet peeves bathrooms, public bathrooms that have no soap no hand, drawing paper or Blower’s but this song is fully stocked and looks good.

Went here a few weeks ago right before closing. The employees I know must have been ready to get off work but a few stayed past closing helping me get the right stove pipes and sealant I needed to heat my home that night. I really appreciate it to bc they could have clocked out and told me to come back at opening. They went above and beyond their job in my opinion. Great team work too was noticed.

I've always had positive experiences at this Lowes. I've been in with questions many times about a project and I seem to always be able to find someone who can answer my silly questions. I've never not been able to find what I needed and prices are completely reasonable I believe. I love Lowes in the spring because of their variety of greenery! I've bought everything from houseplants to garden tomatoes and all the tools, plant food and potting soil that comes with them. :) They always have such a lush collection to choose from. I can browse for hours in that store! Love it.

I was able to get the products needed on my way home. I would return to this location as needed. The customer service was very polite and willing to help.

I've been shopping in this store to run my handy man business and have never been let down, they do deliver and when the order got messed up the personally dove out in there personal vehicles to make it right!.. highly recommended this place for sure customer service is wonderful

We bought a washer and dryer and a riding lawnmower today at the Lowes in Jacksonville, AR 3/2022. Danny in appliances, Amy at the service desk and Aaron in Lawn and Garden were all excellent, helpful and courteous! Products were in stock and easy delivery set up.
Edit: 06/13/23 Had to replace our brand new refrigerator we bought in 2022. Received excellent help from Chassidy in appliances!

Huge shoutout to Abe! I ordered a rather expensive item for online pickup and it was damaged. I contacted customer care as directed from the online ordering area And they were absolutely no help. So I decided to try giving the store A call and Abe helped without hesitation and found us a perfect resolution within minutes.

The gentleman who helped us was a lot of fun and made our day. Thank you!

I have been to all of the lowes in Little Rock and the one in Pine Bluff. The one in Jacksonville has the cleanest restroom I have been, bless those that do such a good job. Pine Bluff rest room most of the time is appalling.

Had a employee sell me a pole saw without a power head and chain saw and the manager brain took care of it with a professional attitude and he handled it, im very pleased with the lowes in Jacksonville.

Have most everything you need for home repairs, upgrades, new builds, etc.

Fantastic Garden center Not easy to get in and out of due to road construction

I love my Lowe’s. They have the best customer service. Today 2 employees took the time to go through every nut and bolt in the store. With confidence we can say that they do not stock the one part I needed today. Thank you for your help today it made things a lot faster for me. I appreciate it!!

I had an excellent expierence today. Daniel Torres was working the paint counter and absolutely went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and figure out how to execute my project. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wish every retail expierence were half as good as mine today. I usually never leave reviews, but had to on this one 10/10 highly recommend!

Chris in North little Rock was so amazing! He worked for a good 30 minutes helping me straighten out everything. He was very nice as well. If I could rate my experience a 10, I definitely would!
