I had to call twice, and both calls were great, but Maibel provided the “extra” service, assuring I was able to completely access my unit before releasing the call! She was informed, compassionate, and professional while being friendly! This is the kind of person you want providing customer service! Good for you for hiring her!!

Unfortunately, I was locked out of the Water Street building for 30 minutes due to KO's key pad malfunction, causing my 3 movers earning $40/hour each to sit and wait while staff figured out the problem. My email and phone call were ignored, HOWEVER, KO has since reached out and credited my last's month's rent in a good faith effort to resolve the situation. Thank you KO.

Absolutely the best storage unit for the price!! I got the smallest one and I will be upgrading in the future. The storage unit was clean and ready to use!!
Setting up my first time visit was as easy as pie, all I had to do was pay for the unit on the website and then go to the location and put in my code. No need to speak to anyone. I love that about this company. They have a secured location so only people with paid units can get on the property. They make it quick, easy and affordable for all income sources. I would recommend to anyone looking for cheap but effective storage.

I’m a two time customer of KO storage. I really like how digital it is. The whole set-up is done online or through the phone. Cost is very affordable, and the facilities are easily accessible and safe. I hope to return on my next trip. Also, the KO storage agent Maibel is a true expert at her craft. We currently rent what used to be their office, and also a unit, and have not had any complaints about how this placed is managed. Emily, the property manager is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she friendly, but also attentive to our needs and everytime we have an issue, she immediately responds to our inquiries before things turn into problems. The facility is clean, and we'll maintained because of Emily and her staff. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe place to store their belongings. Kudos Emil and staff, please keep up the good work. Look to working with you guys for many more years to come.

We have been doing business at the Watertown location for over 12 years. Holly has always gone above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. Most recently I had a minor issue with the call center and one call to Holly and it was resolved. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Professional and courteous. I had a larger storage unit and it was clean and in good repair.

During my time there I needed a lot of documents sent to me and copies of my records. Very prompt in their service.
