KO Storage

I have used KO storage on Water Street in Watertown. It is the first time that I have had an indoor climate controlled storage space. It has meet all my needs. Organizations are only as good as the people who represent them and the property manager, Emily has been excellent at her position. She is friendly, professional, and always willing to do what is necessary to resolve any issues that I have had. The company was good enough to provide me her contact information and now I turn to her if I have any questions, concerns or issues regarding the facility itself. Emily is in the local area and is very responsive.

Unit as described. Had some glitches getting in on weekend but customer service was wonderful and we were able to unload. Online reservation and pay was a breeze. Highly recommended!

I have used KO storage for many years, they have been pleasant on the phone and have notified me in advance of price changes or anything regarding the business. KO Storage Water Street Watertown NY: by far the best storage facilty I have ever rented! Excellent lighting,security, cleanliness AND climate controlled. Emily is very personable and gave quick responses to any questions/problems I had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been using these facilities for a few months now. It is very secure, clean and well lit! They also come and check the units to make sure they are secure and nothing has been touched.
Emily, who works for KO, even texted me to let me know I didn’t lock it up right so I was able to get down there to lock it up properly!
I highly recommend it!

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit so I was clueless to the process, the lady on the phone was very patient and understanding. The unit itself is nice, got a little lost inside, because it’s like a maze … but it is very clean and well taken care of.

KO storage reached out for a bid for lawn care and general contractor services from my business, (B&R Lawncare done OK). I was fortunate to be granted the bid . It was a positive experience and great company to partner with. I look forward to working with KO Storage in the future on any services they may need preformed. I dealt with the 2 local facility managers and they were clear and concise on their needs and expectations. I recommend KO Storage as a buisness partner and for any storage needs you may have.

Very polite. Helpful. Took care of setting up rental with no issues and very fast. Over all great experience, and lovely young lady.

It was a pleasant experience talking with Maibel. She was very polite and nice to talk too. The storage unit is well kept.
