Different Cheesesteak #1171. Spoiler alert; I love this place! 1st, I called my order in. Wonderful young man took my order. I was late picking up my order. They were closed. The wonderful young man was there waiting for me. I apologized profusely. He was pleasant as can be. I got the Lancaster Jawn. If Lancaster and Philadelphia had a cheesesteak baby this would be it. Ribeye/sweet lebanon bologna/garlic ring bologna. Cheese sauce. The roll was a touch softer than I like but I was in Amish country. $12.32!! Big and well made. Flavor on top of flavor!! We are so glad they opened back up. There are no subs this good in the area. I had the Rittenhouse and it was beyond delicious. The kids loved their turkey subs, and my husband was impressed by just how much bacon was on the Kevin Bacon. We can’t wait to get it again soon!!

Don't let this little place pass by you want to try it and you won't be sorry! I had the southphilly cheese steak, and it was so delicious!!! I have no complaints, except I'd like to add a little extra onion. It was very good and it didn't lack meat! You must try it!!!

Perfect little shop. Our order was ready to go where we got there, and everything was delicious. Plenty of meat on all of them, but also a lot of veggies, which is my preference (also got extra lettuce, and highly recommend). An excellent hoagie is one of my all time comfort foods, and this hit the spot. I was thrilled that they have mortadella especially. We tried the Old City, South Street and Brewerytown, and all were delicious with layers of flavor and texture. It was so obvious that someone had really put a lot of thought into each of these sandwiches. I would happily try anything off of the menu at random based on this experience.

Great sandwiches here! Everyone I work with loves these and we can’t get enough of them. And the staff is super friendly. The only piece of constructive criticism I have is that if I’m ordering a foot long sub, it should be cut in the middle. No one is eating a foot long sub without it being cut first. Other than that, amazing food!

The cheesesteaks here are phenomenal… the cheese sauce used is to die for and the rolls are fresh. The customer service is top notch as well. We will definitely be back.

I have never in my life had a hoagie this good! Literally the best I've ever had. I am a hoagie person, and have eaten many hoagies, but this one was the best. I ordered a simple turkey and cheese, and it was still the best I've ever eaten! Crisp veggies, top quality meat and cheese, and bread is perfection! I hope this place sticks around!

Eat there at least once a week since they reopened. Love the subs. Prefer turkey but have had others and they were all good. Plenty of fresh veggies along with good amount of meat/cheese.

Delicious hoagies and pasta salads. The bread is fresh and the meat and veggies are sliced perfectly. I loved finely shredded lettuce on a sandwich. An amalgamation of flavors. Jimmy's sauce is perfect. Had it delivered by Door Dash due to laziness. Well packaged and came quickly. Will definitely be repeat customers!

My first visit to Jimmie's thing today, and Im already looking forward to going back. Very good food and super nice staff/ owner. A+

As a DoorDash driver picking up for a customer the employee and service was great.

Stopped in with my wife for lunch. She had the Old Town and I had the Pasyunk Ave and penne pesto pasta salad. Sandwiches were great, much bigger than I expected you definitely get your money's worth. Pasta salad was tasty. Great cold cuts, fresh veggies, great bread, great service. Definitely recommend!

First time stopping in today and I would have to say one of the greatest experiences in terms of restaurants lately! The young man who took care of us was extremely pleasant and helpful! Our food was fresh and made quickly too! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!! By the way… the bruschetta gemelli was exceptional!! We will be returning customers for sure!!!!

I got the Passyunk Ave yesterday and the 9th Street today. If you're looking for a phenomenally tasty Philly Style sandwich. You're going to be hard pressed to find any where better than this. Fast and friendly service. Great sandwich size for the price.

Fantastic hoagie on a great Liscio’s roll, with plenty of high quality meats and cheese. Jimmie’s sauce adds a great touch. I’m from Philly, and highly recommend. So glad to have discovered Jimmie’s Thing!!

Wow. The hoagies were excellent. Large, and full of fresh, delicious ingredients. The pasta salad was great too. Can't wait to go back.

Delco born and bred. Most authentic Philly hoagie I’ve had in Lancaster County in the 3 decades we’ve been around here. Fantastic. Nice find by complete accident today.
