Literally cannot say enough kind words about this place and Mel. The venue is perfect - spacious, great layout, beautiful outdoor scenery. Amazing bang for your buck - includes tables, chairs and tablecloths, cake wagon and tables for gifts and the guestbook. Lovely bridal and grooms suite. Mel is so easy to work with. Extremely accommodating, understanding, sweet, funny, and wants to make sure your day is perfect. And our day definitely was! Just so much fun and absolutely amazing. We are so very happy we decided to go with Bear Creek Ranch. Best day ever!!

The communication and personal involvement by the owner of this venue is unmatched. Mel’s caring attitude and willingness to make this day the most memorable and magical experience for my daughter’s wedding was beyond appreciated! I cannot give a thousand stars or I would. There are so many details to a wedding that something is almost always going to go wrong but he was the one constantly in motion and at times when other venders had urgencies, HE was the one stepping in to fix and save! That to me, was more than I bargained for. He has a staff to help with bartending, bussing, security and other things but we witnessed he, himself, doing the majority of the grunt work. He also visited with various friends and family while working and as the crowd began to grow, guests would learn he was the “venue guy.”They were shocked that he wasn't in attendance because he just blended in and was so incredibly kind and caring. He communicated with us so well for a whole year with unbelievable promptness and never made us feel like any question was silly. He gave us advice and suggestions and at the end of the event I honestly felt like I wasted money on a coordinator. We encountered some mishaps and spent some money for things that resulted in complete letdown but the venue was not one of those things! The property and the amenities for the bride and groom and reception is so beautiful and the spirit of the place is beyond romantic. The alter area is an absolute dream. The reception area has the most adorable desert cart for the wedding cake, the layout with tables in place even for a maxed out occupancy was comfortable, the outdoor lighting is beautiful, projector screen was easy to use and even other vendors we used were thoroughly impressed with his demeanor and willingness to help. I will be using this place again and I will refer Bear Creek Ranch to any bride and any business for an event with every opportunity possible. We are now considering the place for a family reunion.

I had such a wonderful experience. Mel was amazing. They promised and delivered on every detail. The bridal cottage was amazing. The area for the girls to get ready was such a plus and made the day less stressful. The guys had their own area to get ready as well and they loved that. The venue was just beautiful
The outdoor ceremony was set up perfectly. He arranged the table and chairs so there was nothing we had to set up. The amenities that come with this venue take so much pressure off the couple. I was very impressed and all my guests were very impressed. I would recommend to anyone that is having any kind of event, especially a wedding. After looking at several venues Bear Creek Ranch was the best price. But after our experience with the wedding it would would make you think it was the most expensive. 5 STARS all the way!

There are no words to completely explain how awesome and beautiful this venue is! It was so spacious, beautiful, fun! The bridal suite was adorable and great space for photos of my dress and accessories, my husband liked hanging with his boys in their house and the reception area was amazing as well. The ceremony area is outside right across a bridge from the bridal suite which made my walk down the isle perfect! Owner and staff are so helpful, responsive, and caring and just went above and beyond for us as if we are family! So happy I chose here and really recommend it to any brides looking for a elegant/slight country vibe venue.

This venue… made my dreams come true. Mel is so kind and it’s almost like he’s apart of the family! He makes sure everything goes great! The staff is great. Venue is BEAUTIFUL. And such a great price. A night I will never forget!!

Got married on 9/24/22 at Bear Creek Ranch and it was one of the best decisions! The price was well within our budget and payment options made it super easy.
Mel, the owner was great! He assured me since day one that we would have the best day and it sure was! He gives you a contract and explains everything. Always there to answer any questions. By text/call or in person.

We had over 200 guest and it was enough room for everyone to dance and walk around the bar and outside area. My guest couldn't stop complementing how beautiful everything was!
The outside ceremony and reception were perfect.
We were also able to have our family cater food and choose our own vendors... making it very convenient.
Venue also had staff to buss/clean, bartenders and security that made the night flow smoothly. Very professional!

SUPER happy with how everything turned out and HIGHLY recommend to all future brides! A hidden gem!

I noticed this place driving to Caddo mills and I referred my niece to check it out for her wedding. What an amazing place. Very beautiful and inviting. The staff are friendly and amazing. I would recommend Bear Creek to anyone looking for a venue. The set up is perfect and the landscape is beautiful for wedding photos The bride and grooms rooms were very nice as well. Overall wonderful experience!!

Updated review! 3 years after our marriage and we are expecting our first baby! Mel was so quick to respond to my message on if we could take our maternity photos here at the venue! He has so many gorgeous photo opportunities, I couldn’t resist asking if we could take our pics here! I will Always recommend this venue for all events you might have!

I got Married here a year ago! When they first popped up, when I drive by I knew it was where we wanted to get married! (Even before he popped the question!😂 years before) Mel is just amazing at making you feel good about your choice. I loved that he had the option where I could Change to an indoor wedding the morning of the wedding just in case of weather. when my wedding coordinator cancelled 2 weeks before the wedding, he was great with reminders of paper work he needed from my vendor. I have Nothing but great things to say about this event center 💕💕

I am a newly wed, tied the know 11/30/19 and I’m so grateful I found such a beautiful place! I fell in love from the very beginning after doing my research and visiting the ranch I did not look elsewhere, I knew I wanted to get married here! The owners are very friendly and pleasant to work with. I have no complaints whatsoever. You will not regret your decision. The owners treat you like part of their family and are willing to work with you at any cost. I had a party of about 200+ with live band and DJ and the space was more than enough. It’s BYOB to provide your guests, there are a few rules to follow but that’s anywhere. The outdoor space is contagiously beautiful, we were blessed to have such a beautiful day and weather. It has a fire pit area and cool lights all around the venue, captured some awesome Send-off Pics. I will keep recommending this venue over and over again. Thanks for everything Mel!

I absolutely loved this venue! Definitely fit our country aesthetic and our budget! The place is so beautiful there’s barely any need for decorations. Also, Mel was so great to work with! He helped me with so much that didn’t even have to do with the venue. Definitely recommend!🥰

I went for my brother's wedding. It was beautiful!!!! They have a great arbor structure to be married under. I love the nature all around. It is very picturesque. The reception hall was very spacious. The ladies room was very clean too. To me, that matters. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was a guest so that is my perspective.

Best place ever to host your event! Bear Creek Ranch is so beautiful and Mel is wonderful to work with and does all in his power for your event to be successful. Our family and friends loved the venue on our wedding day! All the staff did an awesome job attending our guests and making things go so smoothly. If you haven’t booked your venue here, do it! He genuinely cares about each couple which put us at ease during every step of an already overwhelming process. The venue is adorable, cozy, and just the best.
