Great customer service. Returned a game disc that didn't work and without hesitation they replaced it. This store's staff has always been so helpful when trying to get a game. If they done have it they will find it for you and either have it sent to their store or tell you exactly how to get to the other store. Outstanding place.

I like buying used PS4 games. Gamestop has a wide selection of used games. It may be 3 or 4 months old, but if I've never played it, it's new to me.
