The Public Storage was so clean and well maintained. Alice in the office was just wonderful to work with. She went through all the paperwork and sold us everything we needed. Just a great experience in a tough time for our family!

This location is an excellent placefor storage. Teeirra was an absolute professional, and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my accommodations/ storage unit and service was exceptional. They do a great job. Also love the app makes it very easy to get in and out.

Alice in the management office is a pleasure to work with.

Steve from the front desk went above and beyond to give a great experience. He made set up for the new unit quick and easy, helped us clear snow to access our unit, and even came to check on us again when we've visited our unit on other occasions. This man is the best, super personable, and he deserves a raise. Beyond that, the unit was clean and in good shape, and it's been serving it's purpose well. The app for the gates has also been very handy.

I was in this past Saturday and Alice was extremely helpful. Its customer service that is really hard to find these days. Thank you Alice!!!! I highly reccomend this location. Other staff members are also great at this location.

Jessica was fantastic and super helpful! Check-out took less than 10 minutes, it was streamlined and sensible, and I am really happy with the storage locker itself. Everything is so convenient and easy to use, which is great because we’ll probably be using the locker for at least a year. No crowds, no stairs... our move just got a lot better!

Jessica was extremely helpful in the process of finding a rental space. She was guiding through the process and even helped us find people who could help us move our things into the storage. She is very welcoming and great to speak to as well!

Jessica was outstanding!! I’ve been an Active Duty Army Recruiter for 15 years and move every 2/3 years. I needed a temporary unit to store certain items while we finalized everything with the moving company. Before locking in a unit, she wanted to ensure one item in particular would fit in that unit. Jessica literally drove out to that unit with me to verify, and of course it didn’t fit, so she found me the right sized unit and also gave me a great deal for a 30 day rental! Talk about above and beyond! Great customer care and highly recommend.

Came in on a Tuesday and spoke with Jessica about a storage unit and she was very professional. Gave me wonderful information on what I could get and what services came with it.
