Great food, great service, 10/10

For a McDonald's you couldn't ask for any better. Great service, food's always fresh, The staff is always efficient and super friendly.

The young man taking our order and collecting payment at window one was a world class employee. I didn’t catch his name, but it was order 93 on 5/16 at 11:56. Even though the concept is “fast” he took a brief moment to ask how our day was going. Thats extremely rare in any industry, let alone fast food.
That’s a good dude.

Wow! Tim waited on us and was totally friendly and kind. Fantastic smile and helpful. I had to go back up to counter several times to get things I forgot (water, fork, Mayo, more coffee) and he always was patient and had that killer smile. He is also a Sagittarius!

Food was ready and out quickly

You want fresh out of the fryer fries? This is the location! Not once have I been disappointed from this space. Continue making the hottest potatoes around !

Worlds best McDonald’s!! Food is mostly consistent at every location BUT the service here is second to none! Very efficient drive through: see a long line? Stick with it, it’s fast!!! Ate inside once and when the ordering lines were empty, a worker (manager?) told everyone ‘finish what you’re doing then wash your hands’. I liked hearing that. Always friendly people!!

Stopped by to use the mobile app & got a good deal. App works great. Employees were friendly, smiling, efficient & speedy. Mcdonalds is expensive unless you use their "deals" on the app, but service & quality of food has always been "top shelf". Parking at this location is spacious and the drive in is excellent.

I have lived in Golden Valley 17 years and this location has never let me down. The manager has worked at this location as long as I can remember and she's top notch. The drive thru staff are my favorite. And when they make a mistake, they figure it out, and/or make it right. Also, I love that old red roof.

There's construction but the ladies are fast and friendly, just what I need when I'm grabbing breakfast in the morning before work.

Ms. Tish was the best to talk too! As soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile and great customer service. The food took less than a minute and is super fresh 5 star McDonald’s!

Always take my grandson here when I'm in town.

The "McRib" was delectable! Covered in BBQ sauce and didn't drip on me either! The sauce is different and delicious! Must try before they're gone forever! #McRiblar!

The BEST McDonald’s to go to. Their drive through is always so quick and the workers are so friendly and polite. The woman who usually is working the second window is fabulous, super efficient and always says “have a good day ma’am thanks for stopping!” She makes my day :)

Very best McDonald’s I have ever been too. The staff is all well trained and a pleasure to be around. The manager has them all doing the jobs assigned and since we go weekly we see the same staff -which is surprising for a McDonald’s. Clearly the staff respect and enjoy working under this store manager since they are all still there working hard! Recommend this McDonald’s. I don’t review McDonalds -but this one deserves it!

You’ll get your typical McDonalds food here, but the staff is why it gets 5 Stars. They repeat your order every time, move you through the link quickly and if at the drive-in they’ll say something nice at the end like ‘drive safe today’. Just a little extra that makes this location awesome. Large parking lot that’s never full. Beware there is construction on Winnetka Ave so it slows traffic down a bit in the area. Enjoy! 🍔🍟🥤

Some of the better service I've gotten at McDonald's. The interior design is spacious and there's ample parking. I was a little confused by how to exit the lot, the lines on the ground indicating left or right turn lanes aren't very clear.
