Such a great place . Literally a. Train station that is a place to get breakfast lunch and dinner ! Cute inside with a friendly staff . Food is nice and easy . Nice place to bring kids to show them the train ! 🚂 friendly staff and in and out quick if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. Recommend for a nice breakfast in the area

Been going here for years ever since I was a child I absolutely love their bacon cheeseburgers and the chocolate chip cookie pie which goes quick so you got to get it why they have it

I read other reviews and was not disappointed! The Hungarian mushroom soup is absolutely delicious. I had the balsamic chicken salad which was also very good. My husband had broasted fish & chips which he devoured.
Really cool spot to grab a bite. Can't wait to get back again.

A favorite breakfast-lunch spot after a walk in the neighboring park. I drive/eat all around this state for family and work, and there's no place quite like the BP. Inside what was formerly a waiting room for the station, it has at atmosphere I like. Clean and unpretentious. Solid service. Consistently great food---eggs, quiche, pancakes, you name it. The mushroom soup was homemade-old-world-decadence in a bowl. Try them for dinner too.

I eat breakfast here every Tuesday morning with guys from my church and it's also my favorite spot for a meeting over a meal. Doug and Linda (and Montana when she's home from college) take awesome care of us. The food is all excellent! If you're coming for lunch or dinner, make sure you check out the specials. Oh and the holiday pies.... So good.... Blueberry Banana Cream is my favorite. Trackside is awesome! Definitely worth checking out. And if you come Tuesday around 7:45am, I'll be there, so make sure to say hi!

Always a fresh cooked breakfast! Eggs as you like, pancakes cooked to perfection.
Had lunch within past 2 wks and the quiche was delicious.
Recommend this quaint stop in Far Hills to all.

My favorite place to eat. Atmosphere and food are terrific. The food is always fresh and made to order. They are a hard-working crew . We have been going here since the 1987 maybe before! Love it

We visited the USGA Golf museum today and they recommended the Train Station. From the minute we opened the door and walked in we had good vibes. Half of the restaurant had guests eating and we liked what we saw. Though there was only one waitress she was helpful to explain the menu and she didn’t skip a beat. The food was hot and so was the coffee. We will be back.

Best lunch around. Pork sandwich is amazing. Hungarian mushroom soup is the best, but order early as it always sells out. Wife loves the fresh roast beef sandwich. Potatoes pancake app is delicious

A great little place, right in the train station house! Great selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The non-meat specials are yummy, and the specials change weekly. Charming original wooden booths from the train station. I hope more NJ transit stations are converted like this.

The rubens here are the best sandwhiches I've ever eaten in my life. I never write reviews, but I need to support these guys since it doesn't seem like a lot of people in town know about this place, even though it's the best diner in New Jersey.

Good place for a weary traveler and locals. Great food with daily specials for a decent price. Wait service is good and they do offer takeout. There are restrooms. There is free parking with handicapped available. It is on et 202 by the Farhills railroad crossing.

Stopped here for lunch after our visit to the USGA Golf House in Far Hills. Nice restaurant in the original Far Hills train station. Trains still stop for travelers to and from places like Hoboken and NYC, but you have to get your ticket from a vending machine instead of a live ticket agent. Food selection was good, and my husband and I enjoyed our lunch choices. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped here on whim and near closing time. They were very accommodating and the roast beef sandwich was out of this world! The hanger steak is a must try as well. So glad we stopped!

Great place for a quick breakfast. Best tuna blt on rye. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and pricing is fair.

Our favorite Saturday breakfast place, for the past 10 years. Lunch is pretty good, too. We're moving out-of-state and are going to miss this place.
