Dunkin'

I have been always there to buy breakfast every morning. Friendly customer service,clean area and most importantly fast service.

I love this Dunkin! I come here pretty regularly before work during the week. As a Dunkin employee veteran, I know that getting cranky people their coffee in the morning isn’t easy and the staff here always have a smile on their face. It’s nice to see and I usually have pretty good conversations with the drive through person, but today was a more special day than others. I have been dealing with the loss of my partners father and we are now preparing to deal with the loss of his mother. I have been going back and forth between CT and MA and no one at Dunkin obviously knows this. Today, I got my cup iced coffee as usual and someone had written on it “we appreciate you” and I don’t know why they did that, but it literally made my whole day better. So thank you! You guys are amazing!

Have ordered from here a number of times, always a walk in pick up order via the app. Drinks and food have always been ready before the time the app states and have been accurate.

Staff has always been great

I love this Dunks. Every morning they get my order fast and accurate. All the employees here are great.

Today I went to Dunks half awake needing a pick me up. They delivered. Not only was the staff professional, they were also charming and accommodating. I didn't know how many creams I liked because last time I went to a different Dunkins I put my same order, but they put too much. The woman helped me figure out how much, and was super sweet while I figured it out. I also had a well drawn smiley faced sun drawn on my cup and the cashier at the window Matthew F. was wonderful! So happy with this experience.

Very nice people especially the Manager Rose! I tripped and hurt my knee and she was very helpful and sweet. Everyone inside was friendly and in a good mood. The store and bathrooms were clean, all important things 😃

Great service and great coffee

What a wonderful Dunkin' Donuts. A few months ago I left car keys in a D D and didn't remember which one it was. Today when I walked into 1717 Southbridge st. Auburn I remembered that that was the one I left my keys. I asked and both the young girls behind the counter went out of their way to find out if they were there. Something they didn't have to do. I want to thank them both. Plus the coffee & sandwiches we order were great.

This is my favorite Dunkins! I love the staff here, they actually seem to care, which you don't always see so much anymore. Their customer service surpasses most other chain restaurants.

Sturbridge Dunkin does it right. From the most courteous and friendly staff to remembering me and the things I order. I pay it forward all the time there... And the crew has been working through the pandemic and always with smiling voices!

Didn't have my usual vanilla cream donut but apologized and offered a different selection. Went back the next day and they saved me one. Offered a lemon with my ice tea. No one ever did that before.

Service was fast and efficient, cashier and other staff was very pleasant. They worked quickly, without compromising good service!

Most of the time the order is spot on and today was no exception.

Typical for what you'd expect from a Dunkin. The drinks were good and as we expected and the wait for them wasn't long.

Take out. Great sandwiches. Fast courteous service.

Server was very polite and the coffee was fantastic. Had a med hot latte.
