Manager was awesome and very helpful and very kind to me and my son. His whole crew was very good with providing us with top notch customer service. I'll definitely will be doing business there again down the road. They are super quick to and close to my home. Great experience and I can see myself just stopping by when in the area just to say hello that is how cool they were. My new little jiffy lube family. See you all soon

These guys have always been stellar in hospitality, customer service and personality. Manny and Jose always carry a big welcoming smile while the entire team is always courteous. The service never disappoints and I can honestly say I trust these guys and that is what matters to me!

It was great! I went in for an oil change and battery replacement. They didn’t have the battery in stock, but they had someone run across the street to O’Rielly’s and get the battery my car needed. They didn’t have to do that, they could’ve just ordered and I could’ve just came back. That just shows they’re willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Thank you!

We just popped in to get my granddaughter’s oil change that was overdue. It was close to closing time so we were worried it would be too late, but Jose assured us we had enough time. The service was friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Jose who was friendly and helpful.

The men at this Jiffy Lube are the absolute best! They are so happy and friendly every time I go in! My favorite place to go in town. The only downfall is it's only every 3 months or 3000 miles. Lol. 10/10 recommend!

My visit to the Spanaway shop was excellent! Andrew provided the best customer service and was thorough and informative about issues I had with my brake lights. My experience with Jiffy Lube was excellent. I got there about 9:10am and was driving away by 9:35am. Service was so fast and efficient. They welcomed me right in and asked what services I needed. They started right away with checking other fluids as I was getting checked in inside. I was able to get a good high mileage oil at a decent price. They made some other recommendations like transmission fluid etc but wasn't pressured to purchase other services or add-ons. All the employees were personable and helpful. I appreciated the prompt and low pressure service they provided. I would recommend anyone near by use Jiffy Lube for pile changed and basic maintenance.
