Russo’s Pizzeria Bar & Grille at Gun Lake

This review started out a bit rocky with the experience we had here today on 5-1-24. But I must say the Kitchen manager Loretta went above and beyond to correct everything and then some. Not only did she call to find out the problem she genuinely wanted to make it right. I am giving this location a 5 star due to her actions and genuine caring about our service,food and experience. I wish all Kitchen Managers cared as much as she does about the people they serve. Due to her swift action and attention to detail. We will definitely return to this location.

First time since Russo's took over the building. Layout pretty much the same. Service was great and my burger and fries were 🔥! Looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.

Overall, it was a great experience! Kids menu for $5! Craft beer selection. Amazing pizza that will keep you coming back for more.

Got the meat lovers pizza to go on my way back to GR from Kzoo. Took me 25 mins to get home after I grabbed the Za, and the pizza was still phenomenal. Great pizza, great flavor, great amount of toppings. 9.2 out of 10!

Went there late afternoon the 2nd day they opened the new location. The usual first week opening issues but the staff handled themselves quite well. We were seated quickly, the server was prompt and attentive through our entire stay. Little different menu from the Russo's we have been going to over in Hopkins and we're looking forward to trying the different items. We stuck with our favorite Russo's pizza (Spicy Sicilian) which was excellent and I really liked their beer options, excellent selections and ice cold. We were enjoying the pizza so much that I forgot to take a picture when it came out so here's a partial photo part way through.

Second visit in a month with wife, daughter, her husband and three boys under 5. Place, food were great. Waitress, both times, was fantastic / happy / tolerant / forgiving. Her initials might have been ZS? We will be back.

The waitress was prompt. Monday nite and the restaurant was busy. The food was very good and portions were more than enough. 3 of us took to go boxes home.
The only thing I would change is the carryout box. Thet don't close well and are deep, but have no handle. Using a walker, someone else had to carry it.
Family owned and family friendly. We will go back.

The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The food and the service were excellent and quick and did very well checking up and making sure everyone was satisfied. The owner made it an effort to come over and make a personal connection, and you could see it was done with all the other tables as well. Overall very friendly establishment and great food/service.

Very good atmosphere, always enjoy going there. The waitress was great and very pleasant. Had a little trouble getting a steak cooked medium well. Other than that, the food was great. Plan to go back.

Menu is vast but you can't go wrong sticking to their Italian specialties & pizza. Great selection of spirits. Food was served timely, hot and perfectly prepared.

Lasagna was great! Fresh Salad bar was also great!

Great atmosphere and very friendly employees! They make sure your food is just how you want it and the pizza is phenomenal! One of my favorite restaurants! Highly recommend

It smells wonderful when you walk in the door! Great for shopping or dining. Huge wine selection at all price points.

Accidentally ran into this place and never heard of it. Wow! Salad bar with soup was awesome and my steak and veggies were mouth watering. Best meal I've had for so long. Service was outstanding too. Nothing to complain about at all

Excellent food! My server, Dustin, did a super job. Told us he had eight tables to take care of and he did that well. There was three of us and all had different things. Pizza was great as was the baked pizza wrap. The other dinner was a burger and he said it was the best he ever had. They were very busy as what I expected on a Saturday evening. But plenty of staff to handle the crowd. Will definitely be going back to try other options.

Service was super good even though it was really busy. They called me to the back to make my to go order. Not to mention the food is superb

Our pizza was amazing, the crust was crunchy and perfectly cooked. The sausage was spicy but not hot.
The service Elly provided was awesome, she anticipated every need and was very friendly.
This is a great addition to the Gun Lake scene!

Loved my experience here! Wait time for table and food very reasonable, considering they were slammed. Food was delicious!! Favorites so far are the Pasta Al a Rosa, as well as the spicy Russo sub! Will definitely be back!!

I had a great experience at Russo's. The food was excellent, the salad bar quite tasty and the service was awesome. If you're looking for a top notch meal at reasonable prices give Russo's a try.

I've been there a few times and had a great meal every time!
