Pizza Hut

My kids and I ordered dinner to a park, can't say enough good things about delivery drive Diane. There was a misunderstanding with the payment when ordering so we had to spend some time with her and get that worked out. We shared a few stories and laughs and when it was resolved my kids felt so comfortable around her they asked her for a hug goodbye. What a wonderful person, the world needs more people like Diane. The food was excellent as always. Thank you for your service and your time.

We order takeout once a week and this is a very solid Pizza Hut. Always super fresh pizza at a good value. Staff is friendly and do a nice job.

Pizza Hut has really stepped up with the big New Yorker pizza. I ordered it tonight with well done crust and it was absolutely amazing. I haven't had a really good pizza like that in a long time from Pizza Hut. So whatever you guys are doing keep it up! Also the lunch buffet is back, I still have to try that.

We ordered 5 pizzas today. They were great and the guy was working hard being short staffed. He did a great job.

Molly (I hope I caught the name correctly) was fantastic when calling in with a minor issue I was calling to inform them of. Very friendly and thorough in communicating what she was going to do. Highly professional and very appreciated. You guys rock!!!

We opened the pizza boxes, and they looked like they were made for a TV commercial. Perfection! Another great stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut! Oh, and breadsticks, too. We love the Forest Lake location.

Had personal pan pizzas, they were delicious, and hot. Customer service was outstanding. We really need to support our local restaurants and shops. Will definitely be going back to our local PIZZA HUT !!! Thank you Pizza Hut for a great pizza.

Update: we had such a great experience the last time we visited Pizza Hut Forest lake we returned a few days later and what a difference. The previous manager was so accommodating but not so much this time with a different manager. The wait person didn’t know much, we were charged a different amount from the menu price then the computer price, when I questioned the amount we were charged she stated that it was because of the tax, yet when we received the bill it was for the charged amount plus tax. When I questioned her on this she said, oh I hate these menus, they have things on there we don’t have in the store etc., I would have thought someone would have made a correction…not a huge dollar amount difference, just the principle. We asked if we could have the pan pizza served in the pan it was cooked in ( which the previous manager stated we absolutely could) it was a NO from this manager. The sign when you enter the store says, take a menu, order your pizza, and have a seat. THIS IS NOT THE PROCESS ! Why is the sign still there if NOW they want you to take a seat and they will come wait on you….very confusing….and for them also as when we went to the counter to order our pizza they had to find someone to take the order and then was told to just take a seat over there. We will still be back as we love the personal pan pizzas but will not expect the same service that we received previously. Lets hope they can fix their pricing issue also.

My friend and husband and I ate here after a doctor appointment. As always the food was excellent and the service was great! Pizza Hut has been my favorite for many years. My husband looked ill at first and used the restroom. Besides my friend and I the staff were concerned too but he rallied quickly and was able to finish all his meal! I think that was pretty great..only downfall was that my husband didnt win anything from the claw machine! lol This place will remain our favorite for a very long time-no better pizza Anywhere!

Forest Lake Pizza Hut always gives us the best service and pizza! Our go to church night dinner! Fast, hot and fresh!

Not very many dine in pizza places around and this location still has a buffet.

At 3pm on Sunday 1-15-23, I went to this pizza hut to order takeout. The poor workers couldn't even answer the phone they were so swamped. Only 2 workers and 1 of them was new.
Kudos to you guys for hanging in there! Eric was amazing!! He handled it like a pro! Have some patience for these guys people!!

When our order was messed up a bit, I expected to possibly have a discounted price for the meal; however, the manager gave us the entire meal for free! They were extremely kind and solicitous. Because of the way this was handled, we will definitely be back. : )

I have never had a bad experience or bad order from FL Pizza Hut.

I had a free medium pizza on my app so I used that along with buying other things I would’ve had to pay for. The store contacted me to let me know they were out of one of the items, that they could replace it without an extra charge or to take it off? I said to just take it off wasn’t a huge deal but instead of taking it off they gave me my whole transaction for free! Thank you Forest Lake, MN Pizza Hut. 😁
