Carbone's Pizzeria

Carbonne’s of Forest Lake has been in the town for ages and it’s always as expected. I’ve been eating pizza at this place since the late 1970s and I’ve visited hundreds of times.

The interior and pizza recipe has not changed over the ages. They serve reliable Thin crust pizza with plenty of cheese and ample toppings. Their service has never failed to be friendly to me.

The truest sense of their ability? Pizza Hut is less than a quarter mile away and has been there since the 1980s. Yet Carbonne’s remains. That’s some staying power - for good reason.

Good service, great pizza!
This was our first visit. We came on a Saturday night at about 8:15. Seated promptly and food came quickly. We ordered the pizza fries appetizer (basically garlic butter and cheese on a crust) and a large special. The appetizer was fantastic!! The crust was buttery and garlicky and crispy. Soooooo good! The pizza was great as well. Plenty of toppings and loaded to the edge.
Server was great, checked on us often, and she kept our drinks full.
Will definitely be back!

We absolutely love the pizza at this place. But it's pretty frustrating when you order a pizza, have to wait over an hour for it to arrive & it shows up mutilated. Then when the replacement pizza is finally delivered the driver accuses you of intentionally destroying the first pizza stating, "it was fine when she dropped it off."

Food was delicious!! Yummy garlic cheese bread, dinner salad add for only 99 cents and creamy Italian dressing was good, and spaghetti was great!! Very nicely priced! Service was great and friendly! 3 pool tables were cool and fun, nice to have something different.

I love their supreme pizza and garlic cheese bread. It’s sliced to the perfect thickness, and broil toasted to tasty perfection!

Absolutely love dining in or taking home. Best pizza in Forest Lake to go to. My boys always ask to order ❤🤍💙

Great old-fashioned Pizza where the toppings are underneath the cheese and the cheese can get nice and golden brown.

I didn't get the gentleman's name on my phone order for delivery on 07/13/23 but he was very nice and thorough. He asked if I wanted physical receipt ( which most places don't) ! I did!
Just want to say it was the best cheese burger pizza I have ever had, truly!!!
The chicken wings were a hit too!

Delicious pizza that’s always hot when delivered, only complaint is why isn’t there online ordering available at this location?! It’d be much easier to order if online ordering was an option

This place is pretty low-key but was a lot better than I was expecting. The food was really good and the staff were friendly. They had baskets full of coloring books for kids which is awesome and the billiards room in the back was waaay nicer than we thought it would be. All they need is a little music in that room and it would be perfect.

My family and I were traveling thru Forest Lake and hungry and found this place. Got a little bit of that "dive" pizza joint atmosphere that I love. People were very nice. But food was very very delicious and reasonable price except drinks were hi-priced. Best pizza I've had in along while. Even my picky son said his pizza was best he ever had! Thanks Carbonnes

Best Pizza in Forest Lake.

I think the atmosphere may be a turn off for most people, but it's the exact same as when I was a child and so nostalgic! I love it! A little sad they got rid of the little black and white pay TVs in the booths 😂 they use great ingredients in the food never disappoints

Amazing pizza. Special on Tuesday is 'Large 1 topping' for $12.99 can't beat it.

The service was fast and friendly, if you're in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a bite to eat !!!
They have a seating area in the restaurant and a room with pool tables to shoot some pool.
We had the cheese bread and a pizza.
The pizza was amazing and the cheese bread is always great..
Lots of parking in the front of the restaurant.
I stop here every few months and am never disappointed.. Love this place..

Lasagna seems like mom used to make. Cheeze melted over edge,, alittle browned .Almost like it's caramelized with the tomato sauce. It's hard to make up my mind,, Pizza or Lasagna,, both yummy.

This is hands down, the best pizza in the forest lake area. They have the best thin crust (probably in the Twin Cities) and use an authentic sauce that's delicious! It reminds me of the sauce that my Italian Grandma from Brooklyn used to make from scratch for her pizza's - it doesn't get better than that that! Thank you Carbone's, for keeping it REAL! A++
