Excellent customer service, literally “all” the time. I live close to this store and have been going there for years. Never once have I not received the utmost satisfaction with their services! That’s why I keep going back.

In my experience coming in, ranging from buying packing supplies to actually shipping out packages, never once have I had a bad experience at the UPS stores in Roseville. Staff at both stores were helpful and took my packages without any issues. If any complaint were to be made would be the occasional long wait that brings the line back to the door. Otherwise I typically ship through UPS rather than USPS because of in my opinion better service.

I came into this store on a day that only one employee was working due to short staffing the staff member Samantha working was phenomenal all while being swamped with a never ending line out the door. I just had twins so I had a build up of return along with a notary I needed processed for their birth certificates. Samantha although she was swamped never made me feel rushed through the process she was so kind and understanding. She was efficient with every transaction and so hard working. I won't ever forget Samantha's kindness and patience she gave me. I will definitely be retuning and recommending business to this establishment.

The person that works here Alex is so cool, he took care of me and ten other people at the same time one after another and even with phone customers calling non stop, answered all the questions was courteous and efficient at the same time. He should be an instructor in the ups headquarters on how to give fantastic customer service 👏

This UPS store location has the best customer service. Hands down!! I was in town for work and had to frequent this location for a couple of weeks every other day and was always greeted with a friendly welcome and no matter how long the wait, they treated each customer professionally from start to finish. If I'm back in town, this will definitely be my go to location.

I went in today to ship a medium-sized package. The store had a few customers at the time and I was greeted right away. After finishing with another customer, the young man attended to me. He was extremely efficient and competent. I was out of there in record time thanks to him. He was also very friendly and polite. I look forward to going back!

Hands down the only UPS Store location for solid customer service. So glad that Jessica is still here (despite me wanted to hire her away because she is AMAZING, hee-hee). Every few months I have some sort of printing project due and I am eternally grateful for how helpful she is! I’ve seen this place be slammed with only her behind the counter and she hustles to get everyone taken care of and on their merry way.

One of my favorite things to do while waiting is browse through their adorable/hilarious gift cards. Do I recommend this location? No, I INSIST upon it. Like I said there are truly no other options, Jessica makes my visit worthwhile. Every time.

This girl Brandi is the absolute best. Came in for a mailbox set up and she was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She has the best people skills! You should promote her.

The person who helped me was so kind and understanding and helped so much with shipping out my packages! I didn’t catch their name but they had blue hair!

Easy to locate in plaza. Very friendly service and quickly helped. My cashier was still being trained and the rest of the staff seemed to be very attentive to the new staff and the help they needed.

The customer service here is fantastic! Earlier this month I had a problem with Amazon and shipping back a return I had requested, and UPS made it so easy!
