I had a FABULOUS experience with Sam!!!! I came in huffing and puffing with frustration over my phone “not working”…I had to talk on speaker in order for anyone to hear me (a problem I had already paid to get fixed somewhere else) I couldn’t get my apps to respond and open consistently when I touched it and my battery wouldn’t charge. Within 10 minutes he so sweetly realized it wasn’t hardware issues at all…fixed me up, cleaned my screen and told me my connectors and/or cord was probably the issue and to look at them…throw out any that had broken or cracked casings and that I needed to only use the bigger chargers for my phone. BAM!! ! DONE!!!! I have been cussing this phone for weeks! Sam was absolutely wonderful and so professional. He didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what seemed to be some basics . The store front was clean and smelled nice and Sam himself presented very well. I will 100% go back when I am in trouble again and will send everyone I know to him. It was a terrific experience!

This place is awesome. Ive been here for 2 repairs: one for my iphone and one for my windows laptop. Both times the technician fixed my problem so quick and was very nice and professional. I would definitely go again and recommend this place.

I have been to this location quite a few times since it is a Google partner. I love having it so close by and the people are always super friendly. The service is fast and dropping off is super easy

Would definitely recommend this location. Every tech was patient, informed, and made every effort to fix my phone. When it became clear that it would need to be replaced, they were very gracious to allow me time in their facility to try and retrieve as much data as possible. I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, but if I ever do, I will definitely start here first.

It is a monthly insurance location for tech. If you accept the plan then you bring your technology (ALL your technology) here to fix it. The most helpful tech fix site. They share all of the reasons why they can or cannot fix it, and there’s no high pressure situation. I was able to go home and talk to my husband and read over the contract and come back before signing. We’ve not used the insurance policy yet because we have to wait 30 days, but I’m thinking my 10 year old son’s Apple Watch will need this service after camp. I sleep better knowing we’ve got an insurance plan.

I had a great experience after I dropped and broke my phone screen. I was greeted by Morgan who went on to explain the whole process and describe honest and upfront pricing. He was very friendly and was relatable to my situation. He completed the fix quickly and now I have my phone looking good as new! Thanks!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Phone was repaired. They called to let me know one camer wasn't working and if I wanted it fixed it would be ready by noon the next day. It was ready and working just fine. Thanks for a great experience.👍

Morgan was great. Easy to work with . Explained everything and my cracked screen on my iPhone was fixed in less time than quoted. Under 2 hours. Got updates & was alerted when the job was done.

Phone totally blacked out. I was in need of an urgent repair before I hit the road for work the next day. I stopped into Ubreakifix and they were miracle workers. They were able to diagnose and get my phone working right away. I recommend these guys. They were very helpful!!!

After being without my screen being fixed for 5 days after going to 5 different locations I was referred to you guys. I was told on Sunday you were getting a shipment for my screen in two days and so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and yes I was able to come in and in less than 2 hrs later I was able to pickup my phone. The customer service was excellent and the employees are very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to come to your establishment to get there phone fixed

Very straightforward explanation of what was causing the problem and what actions they would take to resolve it! The turn time was exactly what I was told to expect, and I am very pleased with the improvement!

Both my fixer Josh and Morgan my cashier were awesome! I went there to fix a cracked screen display for my Note 9 on liquid glass warranty and ShaBam! New screen in under 2 hours. Love love love these guys. Samsung recommended this company on their website and I can see why! I even got a free battery to boot! What?!

Molly was a huge help!!! I had gotten my phone repaired a year ago in California when visiting for the passing of my girlfriend's father, and Molly was incredibly proactive in finding a solution to fit my needs, and make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Molly!!!

Great service! They were able to check my warranty because I wasn't sure if I still had it or not. Very thorough. Estimate service time was 2 to 3 hours, and it only took them an hour and a half before I went to pick my phone up again. I was only get my screen protector replaced for my Z flip 4, but still :) they did an awesome job! Screen protector looks brand new again. Not a single bubble in sight. Thanks guys!

This place gave me the best customer service experience I've had in many years. I broke my phone's screen Christmas Eve but luckily had coverage for repair. These guys fixed it same day and were extremely polite and efficient to boot!
Fingers crossed I won't be back soon, but if disaster strikes it is great to know that they are there to help!

The guys who ran the store were such a pleasure to be around. They made it so easy and really made me feel at ease.Super knowledgeable and personable. It was ready before they said it would be, and works like the day I bought the phone. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service! I dropped my phone by their store to have my broken screen replaced. I was met with a friendly response. He told me that it would be ready in a couple of hours. About an hour later, my husband received a text that my phone was ready to be picked up. So easy!
