Panera Bread

Awesome dining experience. Ordered ahead using the Panera app. Food was hot and ready at the pickup station in a timely manner. The Cesar salad and broccoli and cheese soup were both good. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside you can order using the kiosk or at the counter. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

This rating is for the night manager; he is absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond when the employees were not very careful in regard to an allergy. He went out of his way to prepare all new meals for the order when only one was compromised and was extremely careful in his preparation. I greatly appreciate how much he cares and his generosity.

Nice, friendly, efficient service. I ordered 10 everything bagels in advance to take on vacation with me. I ordered through the app, and it allowed me to leave instructions not to slice or toast the bagels. The everything bagels with cream cheese with chives never disappoint. I picked them up quickly through the drive-thru. They were delicious!

This review is for Summer, she was the cashier (Simpsonville, SC). This young lady was absolutely a professional! She spoke well she was polite, patient, kind & knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to see her care about her job. Thank you Summer for making my day! Loved your :-) face pants!!

We got the strawberry shakes which were basically a strawberry syrup juice. The mac and cheese wasn't as good as it used to be something about it tasted weird too watery or something I dont know. I got the cheesesteak on chabata bread with only American cheese on it, but there was some kind of weird crispy yellow cheese on the inside of the bread, which made it taste weird.

Service was great!

Was not happy at all, paid nearly 50 dollars. At 20 I'd be less upset about the food quality but 50 for 2 shakes a bowl of mac n cheese and a sandwich and a small pack of cookies is pushing it IMO

With that said, The cookies we got were good but also a little pricey over 6 dollars for a pack of small cookies

Decided to stop in to purchase dinner for tonight and lunch tomorrow. I ordered the Baja chicken bowl.. Pick 2 with Fuji Apple Salad and Broccoli Mac and Cheese.. Mango Smoothie and tulip iced cookie. Went through drive thru and service was wonderful..

Our favorite Panera! Their salads are better, bigger, and more delicious than other places. Their soups are great as well as the famous bread!

This was our first ever visit to a Panera Bread, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was awesome! We had sandwiches, a soup bowl, citrus lemonade, and a strawberry banana smoothie, and everything was really great. We will definitely be back!

Lunch with SIL. I had chicken noodles soup, it was hot and loaded with chchicken and veggies. SIL had 1/2 chicken avocado sandwich and cup of autumn squash soup she said hers was delicious as well.
Side note we bought bagels for home with onion and chives cream cheese. The cinnamon raisin bagels were very hard and I was given plain cream cheese.

Delicious, I'm vegan and got the bread bowl with a vegetable soup and a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, they both were delicious.

This Panera is my go-to place to grab a meal with a friend. Relatively cheap, great food, and drink refills are what makes it great!

I order takeout fairly often, and have noticed that many Panera locations offer considerably smaller portions than when dining in. That isn't the case at this location. My cup of soup was more than halfway full, and that in and of itself is impressive. My salad was fresh and tasty. The staff, for the most part was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted by a young woman who seemed to be cleaning up in the dining room, and when I picked up my order she even asked me to make sure everything looked right! That is a genuinely positive and helpful attitude that is great to see. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the manager, a larger in stature man behind the counter, seemed deeply unhappy, even rolling his eyes as I came in (they weren't busy by any stretch of the imagination). I had been hiking earlier, so I may not have looked my best. Makes me wonder if he may judge people on appearance. That isn't a good look for any company, and I would just like to see such positive employees supported by a positive member of management. I also work in the food industry in management, so I do acknowledge that we all have bad days. I will be ordering at least weekly from now on, and will go out of my way to order from this location.My meal was delicious. My salad was fresh, and I always love the ten vegetable soup!

Great place to both eat and work. A great escape away from my normal Downtown Grenville routine.

Enjoyed the restaurant for a meeting. Rather noisy after a while but that's understandable. The individual that was at the front desk could have smiled and acted like she wanted to be there. But I guess she was busy

Place is great for food, service and meet ups with friends.
