2 Bald Guys Repair

I cannot praise these awesome dudes enough. So far we’ve bought a washer and dryer set and stove from them. All used appliances. We go in, tell them what we’re looking for. If they don’t have it they will soon and always call me. They’ve helped out my in laws so many times as well with their repair work. We have not once had anything majorly wrong with our appliances we bought through them. I highly recommend!! They are some of the most friendly people as well. I absolutely love their prices too!

These guys are great! We purchased a washer and dryer from them, once we got them home we had a question while hooking everything up- Thomas was able to take a look and get everything straightened out very quickly. They are both very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question. Definitely check them out when purchasing appliances or if you need any repairs! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Thomas came to the house to look at our washing machine. I had described what it was doing over the phone so he came with a replacement drain pump. It didn't take long to get changed out so he was making sure that fixed the issue, but he diagnosed a clogged pipe. Sure enough, a few minutes and a hair tie later, the pipe was free. Washing machine is back and working like new. Thanks!!!

Great customer service and delivery was made promptly! Nice to have these guys in Atchison instead of dealing with A&E out of Kansas City! I will never hesitate to call them for any appliance repair.

I purchased my washer and dryer in May of 2023 and they work wonderfully and they were very affordable! Absolutely would 10/10 recommend! My washer had a small problem with the basket recently and they came out next day and fixed it super fast. These guys are so personable and friendly, very easy to communicate and work with. If you need appliances this is the place to go.

Great service!! I had great service from a lady I spoke with on the phone scheduling my service to the service being done. Unfortunately my washer needed a few trips but they scheduled me as soon as possible and everyone was so kind! They got my washer up and working and the service all the way through was just great! Couldn’t recommend enough especially locally!!

These guys are amazing!! After the last 4 months of trying to get my washer fixed through whirpool warranty with another repair company, whirpool was able to get me in touch with these guys. I got on their schedule for next week but told them about what I been through just trying to get my washer repaired. They said they could actually squeeze it into today to come look at it but no promises on fixing it same day. Sure enough they showed up when they said they would and thankfully it was a part they had with them. They fixed it the same day and were very professional. There isn't many appliance repair people anymore these days and am so glad they were here to go above and beyond to get my washer fixed. Thanks guys!! I'll be calling you for other appliance repairs in the future!!

My 20 year Maytag washer was starting to sound horrible yet clothes were coming out clean. I wasn't ready to purchase a new one. 2 Bald Guys found parts to fix it and did not pressure me to purchase a new one. They even replace the missing knob at no charge. With these repairs, the machine is running like it's brand new! I appreciate their knowledge and service.

They were accommodating to our schedule. They were thorough when checking our washing machine. They weren't pushy but answered our questions honestly and they have the experience to back up their answers.

The lady in there was very nice, the 2 bald guys. We're on top of their game. I needed to washer ASAP, and they was able to deliver within 20 minutes the day before Christmas Eve.

Thomas came promptly and assessed my appliance and explained the problem in clear terms. After researching for parts on my very old drier he called me the same morning and explained that no parts could be obtained. So I am thankful to have the quick response and answer so I can move forward in obtaining another appliance.

I have been without a washer for 3 months waiting on the manufacture warranty process. I’ve been dealing with a local company that has not been very effective due to no fault of their own. I called 2 Bald Guys at recommendation of my friend and unfortunately they weren’t able to come out to my house as I live in Missouri but they walked me through what I could do to try to fix it over the phone and were extremely helpful. More helpful than anyone I’ve been dealing with over the past 3 months. And I haven’t even purchased anything from them or paid them for a service! They just helped me out of the goodness of their hearts to the best of their ability. Unfortunately I was unable to fix it myself but I am strongly considering bringing my washer to them directly to repair because of their wonderful customer service and extreme helpfulness!

Thomas is wonderful! He is dog friendly, super kind and professional. He is always informative and fast at fixing our appliances. We have used other appliances repair companies in the past but will never use anyone other than 2 Bald Guys after experiencing the difference in service.

I purchased a used washer and dryer, and the washer had some issues with pump, then the timer (an expensive part). Not once did the staff balk at honoring their guarantee. They went above and beyond with communicating proactively and were always responsive. The time and money they spent to make things right were substantial, and the congeniality and persistence (during a period of 2-3 weeks) were tremendous. I dealt with two staff members 3-5x each, and they always had a "we're doing this because our name is important" attitude, not to mention connecting on a personal level. I would not hesitate in the slightest to use this shop again.
