This is my 2nd truck I have bought from them. Very nice and friendly people to deal with... Jaime Brewer, one of the best salesmen I know. Everything I asked him to do, he did. He took my truck to cummins because I wanted it opened and turned up, asked for Virgin tires instead of recaps and asked for a spare key. I paid for all the extras but he was nice enough to get it all done for me. Highly recommend them. Will buy my next truck from them again.

The transaction was pleasant and personalized. Charlie Collier, the GM, went above and beyond to deliver the truck and address our concerns. Special requests were accommodated, the price was fair, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

Bob Koren, was extremely diligent and helping me find the perfect equipment for my work not just the highest price item. Shelby was super patient and thorough with me in ensuring i understood all off the financial details. Second truck I purchased here and counting.....

I bought a truck from Arrow in 2017. There isn't an Arrow dealer where I live in North Carolina, but I was in Cincinnati visiting friends and met up with Jamie Brewer in the sales department. We looked at several different trucks and several different options. He told me that he could sell me a truck from any one of arrows locations across North America, not just Cincinnati. A couple weeks later when I had my LLC paperwork squared away, I found the perfect truck for what I wanted to do. It was a black Volvo day cab with a Cummins engine at the Tampa location. We got most of the paperwork taken care of through email. When I got to tampa, there were just a couple forms to sign after the test drive and I was on my way. Jamie had everything ready to go from start to finish. It was all very well organized.

For the next 3 years, I made a lot of money as a small business owner using that truck. I don't know if I would have taken that step had it not been for the knowledge and expertise I had from Jamie. Life had some changes for me and I eventually sold the truck (for almost the same I paid for it), I look back fondly on that period in my career and know that a big reason it happened was because of the team at Arrow and Jamie Brewer.

I wanted to thank the sales staff at Arrow Truck and especially Bob K.. for assisting me find a specific truck..and specs. I was so delighted to learn that this red T680 came with a inverter. Originally he n I picked out a white T680.. only to discover it wound not arrive till the following week.. I love the shiny color and super clean interior.. thanks again. Update 6 17 21. I already hauled a lot of loads. I'm impressed with Pacar Technology. In short its powerful n fuel efficient. I recently hauled a 42000 lb load Finley oh. To Gaylord. Collecting a 8.5 mpg on 450 miles .
