5 Stars because I have never been so satisfied working with a bank before. I have been a customer for just about a year. They offer everything the "big banks" have but really take the time to learn about me and my business. Anytime I have ever needed anything I can call my local Palm Coast branch and talk to my local bankers that already know who I am... by name.

If you are new to the area, fed up with the big banks, hate dealing woth 1800 service, and want to do business with people that actually care about you.... I sincerely hope you will consider making the switch to Trustco!

I am a new business owner and was looking for where to open my business account. After talking to a couple different places I was referred to Vinny at Trust Co and am so thankful I was! Vinny is very knowledge, kind and helpful, I knew I was making the right decision to open an account with them and did so immediately. Cindy was also amazing, and helped me apply for my first credit card, explaining the different ones and finding the best one for me. They both took their time, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable becoming part of the Trust Co family. I will be switching my personal account to there aswell!

5 Stars!! The Branch Manager Vincent went above and beyond with helping me open my Business Bank account. My working schedule is crazy during the week so I didn’t have time to physically walk into the branch so Mr. Vincent visited me on my work site and we discussed all of the account details and I signed all of my documents right then and there. Saved me a bunch of time! I didn’t have to step foot in the branch except to pay my opening deposit. He was very professional and outgoing. Overall great experience.

We had the pleasure of starting to work with Vincent Amore back in 2018 when we first started searching for homes. Although we did have some some obstacles thrown at us, including a pandemic, that increased home prices dramatically. Vinnie was always eager to answer my call and assist in any way he could, as we navigated the purchase of our home. Fast forward to 2023 and he was the first person I contacted, he was just as eager to help as ever and Trustco bank still had its very consumer friendly option for a home purchase. Through Vinnie’s diligence, and Truscro Banks’ team support, we closed on the property last week and could not have been happier with our experience with both Vinnie and Trustco Bank!

The name says it all. This is a bank you can TRUST to take care of all your banking needs. For years I was using another bank but never felt like anything but a number.
When I found Trustco in Palm Coast everyone in the branch treated me like Family there was a warm and welcoming feeling. Trustco had me at that point. I have told friends and coworkers to go in and experience this one of a kind bank. I would like to thank Vinny and his team.

I'm from upstate NY, and so I knew of Trustco Bank. When I moved to area, I looked into Trustco for a mortgage becauseI heard they kept their mortgages in-house--- they don't sell them. So I reached out for a mortgage and heard from Vinny then in Ormond and later in Palm Coast. The real estate market was so hot that it was difficult finding a place. But Vinny worked with me patiently for over a year. He's a great guy, super nice and friendly. He really helped me get the best rate and keep expenses down. Trustco has a great mortgage option with a lower percentage down and no PMI. I'm very pleased to have had their help buying my new home.

Whole crew at this location is great but Ruth is phenomenal!! Always has a smile on her face and is overall so amazing!
