Yummy! The two girls who work there were very nice. The views are amazing and the ice cream is very reasonably priced! I got the black berry cheesecake.

My only issue is that I don't live close enough to walk there anymore!

Friendly staff, great selection of soft + hard ice creams, big portions for the price and a beautiful view.

To express my undying love for this tiny ice cream shop is not an easy feat.

My husband and I await the opening every spring and then become weekly patrons (almost daily in the heat of summer).
Frosty comes up with the most delicious and creative sundaes to look forward to.
The staff is always the sweetest, as well!

I have got all my friends obsessed, as well as family members who come all the way from Massachusetts to eat this ice cream!

This place is hands down the best ice cream place in the area. The prices are the best in town and the quantity is always more than I can handle. Customer service is always top notch and you get an amazing view of the sunset to too it all off.

The price was very very reasonable. I ordered the cheesecake flavor ice-cream and it was so good. I want more. And the view is just incredible. They also have a gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the ice-cream and the view.

Great little ice cream shop found on Google on our way to Ithaca. They can blend toppings in with the soft serve.
It was dead when we arrived, then 3 cars pulled in behind us AND in the drive through— I think the workers kept up pretty well.

So many flavors, and I love soft serve ice cream. My daughter works in Ithaca so whenever we visit her , we go to frosty cow. My only complain is for the timings. And also they stay closed in winter. Ice cream tastes the best in winter!

A finger lakes establishment -- great ice cream and also a very nice view of the valley, especially at sunset. Recommend the soft serve, twist in particular (though I dare not venture past a small -- it's a pretty huge quantity of ice cream)

Their white chocolate black raspberry and praline Carmel are the best! Cost is reasonable and the atmosphere is very small town!

This cool place has a great selection of hard and soft ice creams, sorbets, floats, shakes, sundaes. Oh and they also sell groovy coffee concoctions with cool names. Sometimes real cows stop by for a visit from the surrounding fields.

Frosty Cow is an amazing ice cream place with many different delicious flavors of ice cream. It has an amazing view over the pasture and a gazebo that you can sit in and watch it. Sometimes, the cows will even come right up to the shop and you can watch them as you eat your ice cream. It's a fun experience every time.

Best ice cream place by far. Impeccable service. Me and my friends drove by and turned our car around when we saw the sign saying “24 soft serve flavors and more”. I was in awe when I saw how many flavors could be turned into soft serve. We ended up getting there 15 mins before it even opened but that didn’t matter the wait is so worth it. I live an hour away but I will for sure be visiting the frosty cow many more times. The cream tastes fresh from a cows utter. I am in love. Definitely will be back tomorrow.

Hard, soft ice can be had, and coffee early in the day. The service is very good. If they are low on a flavor, they will make a suggestion that is close to what you want. The staff is dedicated and customer oriented. Five stars for sure.

They had gluten free ice cream CONES! And their small soft serve twist was Huge! Now they have a gazebo to eat in the shade.

Had 1of their speciality sundaes 🍨. It was really good. The girl who waited on us was very friendly.

What a cute location; perfect for an ice cream with friends. Gazebo to eat under and tons of grass to just sprawl out and relax while you enjoy your ice cream.

Sundaes were not expensive..$3.50 for a Medium. Very tasty! There were nice new tables outside and we sat out in the very quiet countryside and enjoyed the scenery.

Excellent selection! Soft serve, hard ice cream, sundaes and light sugar free. Coffee! And a geocache which is how we found out about this great ice cream place.
