After my son’s examination I asked Dr. Mike Thimons to explain his prescription to me so that I could order my son glasses. The man was flippant and rude in front of my son - shrugging and telling me that whoever I get my glasses from can explain it to me, instead. I explained that I need to order them online for the price, and he simply shrugged and turned his back to my son and I - rather than answer a simple question regarding the prescriptions he had jotted down on a piece of paper - nearly illegibly.

I was ashamed to have to explain to my son that people like Dr. Mike exist in this world, and that we have to try to be better than they are to make up for the negative effect they have on our society.

Why on earth would you go into medicine if you don’t care to help people - especially children?

What an absolute jerk. His family should be ashamed.
