Whataburger

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Whataburger serves breakfast until 11 am! I had a bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with hash browns and root beer. It was all sooooo good!

Staff was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh like you would expect from Whataburger.

The staff was amazing ! Just tried the new Whataburger and got a nice hot coffee ! The night staff was extremely nice !

This is one of my favorite Whataburger locations. Although the wait in line can sometimes be lengthy. The burgers are always consistent, French fries are always fresh, and the staff is always friendly and polite.

Melissa took our order and was very kind, fast, and good at her job! Great order taking. Food was good too. Got our order perfect :) very satisfied.

OUTSTANDING! Joy was a JOY to talk to while getting my order through drive-thru! My breakfast was fresh and hot. Service was quick and easy, Beat part, though, is Joy!

The atmosphere is nice for families to relax and enjoy a meal together.

The Patty Melt is top notch 👌, The fries and burgers are good, the service is okay, if you go through drive thru its going to be a wait.

I ordered dine in and they seem so short handed but I still received excellent customer service from one of the managers I think her name was Barbara. My food took longer than expected but it was hot and very delicious!! Would definitely recommend this whataburger

I wouldn’t normally rate Whataburger. They’re all more or less the same, right? When we got to this location, they were swamped! A major conference for teenagers had just wrapped up in Austin. The restaurant was full, drive thru was full, delivery pickup drivers were waiting.
The employees could have all simply not cared and worked at a typical pace. Instead, the manager had “all hands on deck” (her words) and she had everyone working efficiently to get everyone taken care of.

Food was good, wait wasn’t long, and I didn’t hear a single complaint. Thanks and good job!

Whoever was working the grill tonight needs a raise! My patty melt was finally good! I normally stray from this whataburger, but I am glad I took a chance. The drive thru was also very polite and worked efficiently. I really hope this whataburger is making a comeback.... because, if so, I will definitely be back for more!

My previous online pickup order wasn't correct, so I called them up to make the complaint.
I was not going to be able to return the same night for the correct order, so I was told to bring in the receipt next time and they would take care of me.
Fast forward to a couple days later, and I go in with my receipt.
I was treated very well through the whole process of getting the correct order, with the manager on duty stating that they were going to watch and make sure the order was done right.
I felt valued as a customer, but I wasn't too surprised by this, because it is the norm for this particular location.

Whataburger with a country view and everything is clean and fresh. Staff is taking all the safety precautions so nothing to worry👍

Just how you like it ..... Bigger Better Burger, Whataburger!

Many people working in the kitchen, but they are late to give me the food, I have to remember them for my order after 30 minutes. And then they started making my food.

Joy was friendly, repeated my order as she took it, then again to confirm and when she came to the window to collect she kindly explained to me the wait time for the fresh fries and directed me to my waiting spot. I truly appreciate your kindness and customer service skills Joy.

Just opened back up for Dine-in. Went around 11am. Members Julie and Elizabeth in front were soooo inviting. They were dancing and so happy and excited to receive our business. After the order, Elizabeth came and provided us all condiments before our food come. It's honestly a welcome change to see fast food employees take pride and integrity in their jobs. Food was Great! Everything was hot, freshly made, and properly made. A+

Nice location and good service - we just did the drive-through to get a small Coke for my wife and a large unsweet tea for me

Had a problem with our order getting mixed up and took about 20 minutes. We asked for the manager out to the drive through and we explained out problem . He promptly took care of us and totally came through. Good job staying cool under pressure and being extremely nice . We understand things happen and mix ups are possible so no no biggie. Staff member Interacted with was super kind and awesome. First time eating at one of these and as a die-hard In N Out lover (I live in NY so don’t get these brands too often) I was super excited about all I had read about WAB being better than In N Out. Sorry, not a chance. But again, I thought the hospitality at this location was above and beyond.
