Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The staff here is amazing... they work their tails off. We are just down the road, so I stop in often to grab smoothies and/or food for the team. On the very rare occasion when there has been any error, they've made it more than right for me (and I think that has been 2x out of probably 25 orders). I've watched them bustle around while waiting inside - and just in awe of how hard they hustle and sling fruit and ice! I can't really compare to other stores but I do love coming to this one - and I always wish them a good day and thank them for my order. They are pleasant and back to being focused on the next order. Please take good care of those that are working hard there! :)

Absolutely love the Watermelon Mojito smoothie and the peanut butter banana crunch quesadilla for breakfast. Always clean and bright, and the staff is friendly.

Love this location. Very friendly. They know what I order. Never any mistakes.

Service was fast and the food was as expected. They always make my smoothie the way I like it and it's not so soupy like some of the other locations I've been to.

Love the convenience of the Drive Thru. It does seem to feel pretty slow most days. Jetty Punch and Paradise Point are our go to smoothies.

Have been coming here recently, kind of on the regular as of late, and must say I'm impressed. The ladies working here truly are busting their butts to fulfill orders. Every smoothie I've had has been made exceptionally. The food as been outstanding as well, all made fresh and served hot and fast.

Probably the best location I've been to so far in regards to customer service.
While the staff tends to be pretty young (teens to early 20s), everyone here seems to understand the value of a smile and good customer service.

There is a young girl who works here and is working every time I pick up my mobile order. She is always super friendly and makes sure I have everything I need. My order is always there waiting for me as soon as I walk in. I really appreciate her.

This location was by far the best I have ever been to. The people are friendly. They understand it's hard to hear over smoothies be blended and the music playing and come out to you to take your order. The smoothies being made was like watching art. The guy making them was so quick, and so Incredibly clean! Every smoothie, wipe the counter. He was wiping in his station while smoothies were blending. These people were loving their job. And I loved watching! Thanks guys!

Stopped by today for a kiwi smoothie. Which was awesome ! But what was more awesome was the service provided by Monica! She was so caring and naturally charismatic. I had a rough start to my morning but her smile and kind nature made my day much better ! Thank you Monica.

Idk who made my peanut butter smoothie but they deserve a big kiss. Best smoothie I have ever had from a tropical. If I lived closer this would be my go to. Whoever worked today… thank you and I love you

Next time just remember a straw for my smoothie, it's hard to drink without the straw. I would definitely recommend!!

This place was super busy. Food and smoothies were on point. Customer service was excellent. Heard a customer come back in saying his smoothie tasted odd, the gentleman working apologized profusely and remade it (he accidentally got the order incorrect).

I had a coworker grab me a smoothie on the way into work. There was a bit of confusion with the order, which happens when someone orders for you... Turns out the smoothie had coconut in it and I’m allergic. We called Tropical Smoothie and explained... They said come in anytime. I went in and I was treated sssooo very kindly I almost felt bad for being allergic to coconut. They were very genuine and the sweetest about it. Even while remaking they asked if i would like the blender sanitized!! One of the best experiences I’ve encountered with an allergy! Just wanted to say thanks for being understanding and kind.

After finding out that I was missing some items from my delivery order I called and talked to a man named Noah. He was supper nice and was very understanding on my situation and without hesitation offered to make me a whole new order for free and to just come in and ask for him. When I arrived Noah explained to me that the driver who was supposed to get the rest of my food forgot it. Noah then gave me both the forgotten food and the new order he promised me on the phone. Thank you so much Noah! You made my day.

I love their Baja Chicken wrap and also the Avocolada smoothie. Always refreshing and quick service. It's in the same building where I work, True Sleep. So it's nice having it close by.

Easily the best service I've ever had at a tropical smoothie or any place I've visited with a drive thru at 7:20AM. Not sure the name of the fellow ginger running the window, but kudos on everything and thank you very much. 10/10 will be back.
