We loved working with Christopher. He had designed our daughters wedding jewelry and she was over the moon when she received it. We had a Great Gatsby theme. She had chosen pearls as her jewelry. Couldn’t be happier with my custom made ring from Christopher! My husband initially custom made a ring and purchased it through Brilliant Earth. I brought it in, in hopes that Christopher could just resize it for me. After some conversation over the ring, Christopher ended up custom making the exact same ring that I fell in love with (same cut, color, clarity, platinum band etc.) for me and we ended up saving a significant amount of money by going through Christopher and returning the original ring to Brilliant Earth(thankfully we were still in the refund timeframe!). Now he is custom making a matching wedding band since (long story short) my original one needed to be cut off. Can’t wait for it all to come together. Skip the big box jewelers and online retailers and go see Christopher! You will not be disappointed!

I’ve got a princess cut diamond ring and the stone fell out. Took it to Christopher and he explained to me what he would have to do to replace the stone which meant adding to the ring itself due to the poorly made design(which was purchased at a big chain jewelry store.) any and all future jewelry purchases will be made at JEWLERY BY CHRISTOPHER! Got my ring back today and I must say Christopher is AMAZING at what he does. I was worried that the prongs being added to it would be very visit and take away from the stone.... BOY WAS I WRONG!! My engagement and wedding rings were custom made by a family friend living in Texas 38 years ago. Eventually they were soldered together, and two jewelers "worked" on the soldered ring over the years. It was a lovely ring, and I received many compliments over the years, but I was never really happy with the ring itself. It looked "cobbled" together if you looked at it closely. Arthritis took its toll on my hands and the ring had to be cut off. My husband knew of Christopher's craftmanship from working with him professionally. My husband said if the ring was going to be updated, Christopher was the craftsman. How right he was! We took the ring to Christopher, and he immediately began drawing a design. We had some other gold jewelry and some diamonds that Christopher used to create the new ring. When we picked up the ring, my husband and I were in awe of the design! We were looking at the gorgeous ring...I think Christopher was watching the tears well up in our eyes. My ring is absolutely gorgeous...so well-designed. Christopher actually saw the design the others tried to create and greatly improved upon it. Christopher isn't a jeweler...he is an artist and jewelry craftsman. My husband and I were absolutely blown away. I now have an heirloom piece of jewelry!

For my 30th anniversary, I wanted to add to my wedding ring. I wanted the same look as my original ring, but with some bling (diamonds and rubies)!

I shared my idea with Christopher, he made some suggestions, drew the design and added me to his schedule.

Starting from scratch, along with some gold jewelry I wasn’t wearing anymore, Christopher made my “new” wedding ring.

When I went to pick up my ring, of course I was excited to see it. I knew it would be pretty, but pretty is an understatement! It is absolutely gorgeous!

My husband and I did not have a lot of money when we got married so we did not have much to spend on wedding rings. We wanted to get me a new ring that was unique. We went to Christoper with a picture and I wanted to keep the sapphire from my original ring. When I picked up the ring I was overwhelmed with how beautiful it was. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend everyone to use him for their jewelry.

Christopher did an amazing job taking my old ring and making me a new one. I had that ring for 19 years and he turned it into my dream ring. I could not be happier. I had no idea what I wanted when I went in and he took what I like about several rings and turned it into. ❤ it would recommend.

BEYOND impressed with the customer service of Christopher's. I brought in a Rado watch that another large jewelry store in Janesville refused to touch because of "liability" (i.e.laziness). Not only did the female tech at Christopher's replace the battery in minutes, she also replaced the batteries in three other watches I brought with. She was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Additionally, Christopher (owner) also came out to make sure we were being helped, to ask if we had any questions, and to ensure our satisfaction. He is an absolute class act and exemplifies integrity and customer service/satisfaction. I give him ten stars out of five and definitely recommend him to others!!

Both my mother and new mother-in-law were so impressed by his skill that they have become fiercely loyal to Christopher, having him design and remake their wedding rings and many other pieces.
During our interactions, Christopher and I have become friendly and I consider him among my closest associates and recommend him to everyone.
In the last few years, he has begun selling flowers and I have gladly purchased many arrangements from him. His florist, Paula is fantastic at making unique and creative designs that never cease to amaze the recipients.
I would consider going nowhere else for any jewelry or floral purchases and strongly urge anyone interested in being amazed to stop in and get more for their money than anywhere else.

My engagement ring turned out exactly as my husband (and I) had hoped! We were so impressed with his work that we had him custom make our wedding bands. My wedding ring and anniversary bands were worn to paper thin after 32 years. I took them to Christopher's for repair. After meeting with Christopher it was very clear that the rings needed to be remade. I was extremely nervous about losing the design of my rings that I truly loved. I needed a repair on my father's ring my wife had got me for father's day. I stopped in and Christopher repaired it while I waited so I did not need to go back and pick it a week later. Great customer service!

The Ultimate Lifetime Memory by Christopher
My Dad and Mom passed away within 3 months of each other. My Dad was devoted to the Poor Clare Nuns ( St. Claire ). When he passed, I purchased 4 St. Claire lead metals from the Poor Clare Nun's for me and my 3 sisters to be carried all the time in his memory. After my Mom passed, we found that she had melted down some of her jewelry into nuggets.
I had Christopher fix a few jewelry items for me, including my wife's wedding rings. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
So I asked him if he could melt some of my Mom's nuggets and place a ring around the St. Claire lead metal to put on chains. He told me that was impossible because the lead metal would melt. However, he suggested making a mold of the lead metal and pouring my Mom's melted gold into it. I agreed.
I sent my sisters their metals as a surprise. They were speechless. What a wonderful memento, it is, to have part of our Dad's and Mom's life together.
Christopher, I can't thank you enough for your suggestion and masterpiece. They are beautiful!!!!
