Mike is amazing. He came out quickly, took time to listen to the issue and then troubleshoot to figure out the problem. Once identified, he secured the part, replaced it, and then spent time testing the system to ensure the problem was, in fact, resolved. Had service previously through All-Heart, and was charged a lot to replace a part, that didn't fix the problem. Job was done well, and price was exceptional. Mike was so diligent in fixing my heater. He stayed all day to make sure it worked. He fixed a heater after nobody could, it was broke for years no me and my children can enjoy the heat the AV gets cold .

The swamp cooler was in bad shape and would not even turn on. The bottom pan was filled with mud, the filters were done, the water valve was deteriorated, and the fan needed oil. He gave me a price to fix it all that was reasonable. He hopped right to it, then went to Home Depot to get a new motor. The replacement motor failed, and we were stumped. He refused to give up, and came back on Monday, first thing in the morning, with a better motor. Swamp cooler has run flawlessly all summer. If you want someone with experience and determination, Mike is the man.
