On July 4, my air conditioner finally gave out. I called several AC companies in the area, and Pennies responded immediately. Within an hour, Joel arrived, assessed the damage, and helped me choose a suitable replacement unit. The following day, Steven installed a new furnace and AC, and later, Joel installed a modern thermostat. The house is cool again, thanks to Pennies! They truly came through during my emergency and made our home livable again. Thank you!

We absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Joel and the staff he sent out for our unit installation were outstanding. Mr. Hernandez and crew were outstanding. They completed the project professionally and neatly. Mr. Hernandez would take the time to explain what was going on during the installation. Any questions we had were answered and explained. Once the AC unit was in place Mr. Hernandez gave us an educational tour of the AC unit, heater, and explained what we should do to preserve our investment. We also got an excellent education on the thermostat and its functions. I had a heat pump installed and the ducting in the attic replaced. The estimate from Pennies was 40% less than the competing bid and included superior equipment. Communication via text and phone was easy; I never had to wait long to hear back. Jesus and his team were professional and took time to explain and show me all the work they did. They stayed late to finish the installation in one day, helped me set up the smart thermostat, and even swept out my garage where they’d brought in material. Overall, I’m really impressed with the work Pennies did for my home!

Great service. They scheduled me a technician for same day I called. Tech was even able to show up earlier than expected. Immediately got to work and had it repaired within 30min for a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Great service from Filmon. Our AC went out and he came within 20 minutes of calling. He found the problem within 5 minutes (capacitor), and replaced it in 5 minutes more. He knew his stuff. Very happy with the work. We did not have maintenance on the unit, so we took a hit on the cost.

Called and they sent a tech out within 30 minutes he found burnt fuses so we decided to change the whole unit and all the ductwork too reasonable priced Thanks Joel. The next day Jesus and crew came and installed it completely stayed late and made sure everything worked and answered all questions I had. Just wanted to say Pennies Air Conditioning, Heating, & Solar’s Jesus & Johnnie were great to work with on quoting a price for the demo of our old 1983 split system in the attic & outside which was on it's last leg. They answered all our questions and Jesus showed us the bad on the old AC system which was barely working in the attic (hands on in the attic when he visited to provide a quote), then provided different options which fell within our budget and were actually lower than the previous quotes from other subcontractors, Jesus also went over all the controls and simple maintenance to keep our system running efficient and cool in the beginning and a second time before they left. They were careful not to track any debris in or out of the house and cleaned up when they were finished, as this was a large 2 day project. On a scale of 1 to 10 Pennies to us are a 10+ on Professional in their workmanship, demeanor/appearance.

What lifesavers! A year ago February we had our air & heat system replaced at a very reasonable cost, much better than the "heart" company. Joel and his team came out IN THE SNOW and worked tirelessly. Jesus and his crew showed up bright and early and worked way more than a full day's worth of work. They ripped out and installed a whole new system in 1 day. Even though they worked crazy hours, the quality and attention to detail can be seen in the work they did. My old system was messed up and broke down every year. Within minutes of arriving, Jesus diagnosed the inherent system issues with ducting and intake sizes and told me what was needed to be done to make sure the new system would run correctly and efficiently to make sure I got my money's worth. The crew cleaned up after themselves that you wouldn't even notice they were there. After the job was complete, he walked me around the system and showed me everything, helped set up the nest, and told me the maintence requirements. Excellent customer service and will use them in the future.
