10 out of 10 recommend Arctic Air in Lancaster, CA. The level of professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness is unmatched. My AC unit pretty much died, did not have the proper electrical routing, and almost caused a fire. That same night I was able to call the Arctic Air team and set up an appointment for the next day. Total time between initial inspection of what went wrong, to the installation of a brand new AC/Heating system was about 2 days. What I appreciate the most is their continued response before and AFTER the work is done. They don’t disappear! Charlie and his team came out to my house, looked at my old system and figured out what was wrong with my old system. They let me know the inefficiencies of my old system. With the information Charlie and his team provided I was confident to know purchasing a new system was the right way to go. Charlie and his team were able to help me find good finance company that they personally work with for my system with all kinds of options so I didn’t need to come out of pocket upfront, which really helped. Amazing company, amazing people, amazing product and amazing work!

Today I met Arctic Air's dream team - all professionals and the highest quality work.

We had quite a mess on our hands and these guys really came through for us. In our previous HVAC system, the AC was beyond repair, the 4 year old furnace was improperly installed/ undersized, and the furnace and water heater platform was deteriorating.

We first met with Rick on Tuesday. The system was installed the same Friday.

They removed the old equipment, rebuilt the platform (it is so nice and clean), installed a new HVAC system, installed a new smart thermostat in a better location, and reinstalled the water heater.

This was an S-tier installation. I now have peace of mind that I have a safe and efficient system... that feeling is priceless. We should have called sooner.

Angel, Charlie, Edin, Javier, Johnny, Juan, Leo, and Rick - you guys were awesome. It's a huge relief that this is now done and done right. It was a pleasure meeting all of you.

I contacted Artic Air early this evening and Charlie went above and beyond to repair my unit at 9:20 pm and found the problem and did an amazing job, he’s patient and kind and explains every detail of what he is doing and repairing. Mason came to our house this week, he troubleshooted our air conditioner problem. He was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. He fixed our AC in a timely manner. We recommend Artic Air! We are keeping their phone number for future references.

Yesterday I had the pleasure to meet with Charlie and his teammate. They came in to see what I can do about the other 1/2 of my mobile home. Charlie was so professional & really down to earth. They checked all the bedrooms the outside, the furnace. He gave me so many options and his opinion and told me a little about how artic air operates. I would recommend them to anyone once you meet them you'll understand and you'll feel totally at ease. It was a total pleasure definitely a 5 star company.

Carlos and Michael - These 2 guys came out to inspect my air conditioning unit and my furnace today. I had some major issues with my old unit, so I decided to replace it with a new one and Carlos and Michael explained everything to me with a quote and a warranty and set up my installation for a week later. They serviced my old unit before they left and they were very helpful with answering my questions and they were very friendly. I got their phone number off the Big Dee and Bubba radio station. I was happy to hear that my air conditioning unit and furnace can be replaced in one day and it will save money on my power bill. I recommend these guys for your air conditioning needs. AC went down in the middle of heat wave. Called Arctic for service and they responded the same day. Found issue and schedule the involved repair for next day. Charlie showed up and spent several hours fixing the problem. He made sure th AC was repair and double checked repairs. I have nothing but praise for Arctic Air and their staff. Especially Charlie's thoroughness. Great ful Seniors.

I called Arctic Air for a service call. The office folks were super friendly and helpful. Repair tech Mason was at my house a few hours later. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he explain the problem, he took the time to show me what and where the problem was. He was fair and honest and I totally recommend Arctic Air for anyone that needs this type of service. Update-I did need full replacement for my home HVAC system. Javier, Elvis, and Leo came to do the install. They were the best! Great job installing and they spent time explaining things and answering all my questions. Looks great and the house is nice and cool.

Arctic Air did a great job on my A/C maintenance! Carlos and Robbie were professional, responsive and courteous. One of my A/C motors was going bad and they found the issue and replaced it quickly. Working us into their already busy schedule. Update: Their yearly service is great! They also just replaced our system in 2 days! Lucas did a great job! Professional, clean and respectful everytime they are here.

Mason is awesome. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question we had. He is really personable and explained everything in detail. So we understood everything that was going to happen.

I don’t normally leave reviews for companies unless I feel very strong about them. I must say that I recommend Artic Air to anyone who is looking to service their HVAC. I got an appointment right away. Henry arrived within the time scheduled, explained the diagnosis with me, and answered all my questions. He was very friendly too. He called prior to his arrival and Artic Air send me an email with his name.

As a single mother i hate dealing with household appliance issues and i was super nervous about trying to get my AC fixed but it was blowing hot air in 90 degree weather. Called a few places and was told they would have someone over in the next couple days. Called Arctic Air and Johnny “Charlie” was checking my AC within the hour!! He went above and beyond for us and now we have a working AC, same day! Charlie was super nice, and even gave great tips on how to take care of the unit. He really went above and beyond for us and extended my expectations! Thank you so much Charlie!

Charles. Did a thorough check of the air conditioner/ heater unit on the roof and he gave me an estimate for a replacement unit in the near future due to the age of the existing unit.
The fan , he said, may have to be replaced and there are rusting on the coils.
I told him that I would think about it and I would like to get a callback in 2-3 months.

Mason and Henry were excellent on give us service and plenty of options on how to fix our A/C and furnaces. They answered all my questions and concerns with my system. They gave me reasonable pricing and financing on my new system. I’m definitely going to be going with Artic Air for the foreseeable future!

Today Charlie talked to me about moving my unit off the patio to the side of the house. Very, very helpful and gave me some much needed help in programming my ecobee and information about future work regarding my ducts. This company and the workers are really nice and very helpful.

When our AC stopped working in the middle of the summer, we decided to contact Arctic Air. One of their technicians, Mason, arrived on time and did an amazing job! He was super friendly and just an all around great guy! Not only did he have outstanding qualities as a person, but his work was superb. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it immediately. My family cannot express our gratitude for his work, so I suppose I will write this review from my properly cooled home, thanks to Mason! I would 10/10 recommend this company and this technician. I added photos of the thermostat before and after just to show the difference!
