Today I have the best service I've had in a very long time I appreciate the manager or worker today had so much respect the food was amazing as always whenever we're in the neighborhood we love to stop in

Always yummy, always clean, & the staff are always friendly. I come here right after getting my paycheck cashed, and it's a good value for my money!

UPDATE: NEW STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, WONDERFUL FOOD, 5 STARS

So, to be honest, I don't even know where to start.. Firstly, they need way more employees which I understand why they don't have more, but like I don't need to be waiting 30 MINUTES for my food. Secondly, you complain that there are more than 5 people in the place but that is because you have 5 people WAITING in the place for the food you were slow to get. Thirdly, the mashed potatoes were mushier than usual. Yeah, I can see not many people are happy with this place and I even witnessed a customer telling them right to their face THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS. Now if you have the customer just walking out of your place, I don't know how you think the place is running. Ok, overall bad customer service and slow. 1 star. Loved their previous place with taco bell AND KFC but this one is way worse than that. They need to get their act straight.
Update: I did have it as 2 stars but today I went and waited an HOUR for an 8 piece chicken. So, I went down to 1 Star.

Luv their chicken breast meal extra crispy with their coleslaw. Now they give you a free chocolate chip cookie. Their raspberry ice tea is very good, too.

Store has new management now. Much cleaner and food taste great

The food here is OK, and the place is clean. They do need to better identify themselves outside so the place doesn't look abandoned.
