My husband & I had a wonderful breakfast! Staff was kind & efficient. Great coffee. I had the chilaquiles & eggs with beans. The red chile sauce was on point! My husband had the steak & eggs with biscuits & gravy. The gravy looked incredible... I was not offered a bite, but my husband cleaned his plate. 🤣

I had the Hawaiian Portuguese sausage breakfast,
and my wife had a chicken fried steak. Our 1st time here would definitely come back. A little bit pricey.
Just under $40 for the two of us, but these days, everything's kind of pricey

WOW!! Amazing find!! We were looking for a new breakfast spot and this was such a surprise. I’d seen the restaurant a couple times but hadn’t remembered to check it out. We love family-owned restaurants

We found the parking lot was full and luckily we walked in as some larger groups were heading out. There may be a wait if you check it out, but it IS worth the wait!! Our server, Noel, was fantastic and steered each of us towards amazing selections. Food was brought out amazingly fast, hot, and fresh. We will be back!

We stopped in to try breakfast here for the first time. It was so good, we forgot the photos. The Griddles pancakes with banana, blueberry, and granola was absolutely amazing. We will for sure be back and recommend! Thanks for a great meal!

Husband and I stopped in for the first time for breakfast. I had the Loco Moco and it was delicious. There was a generous amount of rice, gravy was delicious and spiced well, beef patty moist and my medium egg was perfect. My husband liked his omelette and said it was packed with meat and veggies. He said his biscuits and gravy was also yummy. We will be back.

The breakfast here is first rate. The Portuguese sausage was better than any I’ve had in Arizona and the chilaquiles were as good as what I’ve had in Mexico. And the omelettes are giant size. You won’t leave hungry. The service is amazing. This place is a must try.

We are from out of town but we're very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I love my chilaquiles with poached eggs that were cooked just about as perfectly as they could be. Friend loved his ABC Burger, another liked her avocado toast. We highly recommend the potatoes. Service was fast and coffee was refilled regularly.

I came here a few weeks ago and a stranger interrupted my breakfast. Once he finally left to the bathroom, the owner (female) helped me pay really fast so I could leave before he came back. Later that day I had realized I lost my card but I figured I dropped it in the parking lot while trying to leave. Well, I decided this morning that I wanted to come back and try again because this place is really cute and has a good atmosphere. Instantly, the owner recognized me and let me know I left my card here! This was literally almost a month ago. I knew coming back would be a good idea. Plus, they have mimosas now! Found my new spot.

I'm always down to try out a new place and if you add local and family owned to it even better. I'd never heard of the Country Griddle until today and after reading a few things I realize it's only been open about a month. Word of mouth is obviously spreading quickly because it was packed around 11am today and more and more people coming as we were seated. We lucked out and got there right before the afternoon rush and we're seated right away. The location is part of a strip mall and parking was a bit tricky, but we parked over by the Sketchers Outlet and just walked over. The inside is quite small, but holds about 4-5 booths and 6-7 tables with no outdoor seating. Today being a weekend be expected to wait. They offer both breakfast and lunch daily. The menu offers some great items including three types of Eggs Benedict , banana pancakes, chilaquiles and eggs or Hawaiian Portuguese Sausage . If you’re low carb, or just want something lighter they offer salads and/or a veggie sandwich. Service was great and even with the constant rush of new customers adding to the wait list they kept up and people were seated, tables cleaned up and our drinks constantly filled the entire time. Prices are a little high, but that is the norm now with the economy. Portions were great size and I left full. My California Benedict could’ve used a bit more sauce, but the English muffin was perfectly toasted, bacon crisp, avocado fresh and egg poached well. My daughter loved her biscuits and gravy and my husband and I agreed that the country potatoes were the best we’d had. I typically loath country potatoes because they are soggy, not seasoned well and/or soggy every where we go. The country potatoes at Country Griddle were crispy and seasoned well. I’d eat them again. If you aren’t a fan they also offer a side of fruit in its place. I didn’t get any photos inside because it was very busy and I didn’t want to blast peoples faces while enjoying their meal. Location was clean and great lighting with large windows.

New hidden jem!!! 5 stars all around Food Excellent coffee was good aswell. Customer service (Ask for Ruby!!) Top Notch, very attentive, quick and ontop of anything the table needs. Even when I brought in a group of 15!! Clean, clean, clean even the silverware was nice and I appreciate that more than anything. Finally another nice breakfast and lunch spot in Avondale much needed. One tip if you like spicy chilaquiles ask for them extra spicy ...that was the perfect spicy for us. 👌🔥

The chilaquiles were wonderful! Food is hot and good!! Wonderful selection of foods. The Han steak was good with country potatoes. It's worth the wait. Clean, friendly, quick service. Restaurant is small so you may wait, about 15 tables, but it's worth it, so please be patient and gracious with staff. You'll enjoy your experience.

FYI loads of parking infront of restaurants and near sketches some folks i guest dont like to walk a few steps. Wanna be up by
door maybe if Barber shop was closed. Some folks are so silly. Glad to have seen this open up. But i do miss Samurai...Gave it a try and was totally surprised how great it was. Out does I HOP by far. Great hospitality, very friendly, clean and Great home cook meals. Size of platters enough to share. Also pancakes here, out do Village Inn shrunken what they call cakes hands down. And smily faces out due Dennys busy waitresses by far...I had breakf going back for lunch. See how that goes. 🙂 And those hash stlye potatoes are awesome. Reminds me of my apas potatoes growing up! Love really stuffed omelete. I'm a local and love supporting small business always only if good and welcoming. Great job guys! Keep up the good food!! Never change portion sizes 👍
Important to me...
1. Hospitality as your welcomed into one's home.
2. Cleanliness
3. Great, fresh warm tastey prepared food.
4. Portions to match value.
5. And portions that don't change

Stopped here yesterday before heading back to Tucson. I had the spinach and cheese omelet, fresh fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, and banana) and rye toast with butter and jam. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend.

Great little find in Goodyear, AZ. Service was friendly and fast for a Saturday morning. Typical breakfast fare, but it was really yummy. My husband had the Blueberry pancakes and they were large and fluffy. I had eggs with ham and potatoes. The ham was really good, not salty at all. Overall, will definitely go back!
