Never let's me down ☺ fast service and fresh food! I love being able to get and eat all my food before my lunch break is over.

Usually fast service maintenance usually undergoes around 3am but other then that good service all around

Good spot for Jack in the Box, fast with service, food is fresh when I get it. The best thing about this particular location is that the drive-thru is never very busy, probably because there's other choices close by, but either way as a delivery driver it's a bonus!

I live near this Jack in the box on Estrella Park way in Goodyear. I have been there several times. The only time I experience unprofessional, I don't care attitude, no since of concern for a customer. Is when this female works, especially the front counter. She was working the frying area and ignored me standing there for at lease 10 minutes literally, I timed it. Someone else finally came to the counter to assist me. She never acknowledged me nor let anyone know I was there. This last time I went I believe was Thursday before new year, she came ask to take my order.after taking the order. She then proceeded to fix other people orders. The frying guy dropped in some curly fries and I ordered 3 large regular fries. The female fix everyone order, except mines and this lady. After waiting for over 15 minutes literally. I ask how much longer and the female said oh we about to cook them now. I don't eat meat and I was just getting off work that's the only reason I waited. I wish I knew her name because that particular store is loosing a customer. Due to a tacky employee

I’m not a fan of Jack in the box at all. I happened to be right in the parking lot and decided I’d just get a burger really quick. This was the best Jack in the box burger I’ve had to date. Honestly was perfect. Lettuce was green, not yellow. And it was actually cleanly stacked and taste really good. Super clean inside and in the bathrooms as I had to wash my hands. Totally opposite of any Jack in the box experience I’ve ever had.

Fast service hot food. Clean restroom. Only one issue the bike rack was kinda bent but that's not on them. Overall great experience.

Food was prepped as it should be. Sauces requested were all in the bag. Temperature and crispness of tacos was as expected. Very pleased. Glad I moved my business here from the other one in Goodyear.

Great service from the staff there. I was in and out the way it should be.

**update**
I have since been back to this location after a phone call from the district manager. They have replaced the night crew with people who are respectful and polite. It's unfortunate that a few bad apples ruined the bunch but the experience is totally different now that the bad ones are gone. If you, like myself, dealt with the previous overnight crew, I recommend you give them another chance.I don't think you will be disappointed. Please know that they do have about an hour each night (I think 2am-3am or 3-4) when their computers update so they only take cash while that is happening, but not the rest of the time. Im glad that management took the time to read our reviews and do something about it. That says alot.

Sat in line at this location in the drive thru for 40 minutes! Stuck! After the first 20, finally they asked to take my order, then, after my order, they told me they were accepting cash only. Instead of having cars in front of me pull up, I got trapped in line for another 20. Left hungry after a 12 hour shift. This isn't the first time it happened. Figured I'd give them another shot since everyone has a bad night now and then. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Done with this place

I was given the wrong order went up to the counter and the young lady there name Anna with a ear piece helped me while the cashier was helping another customer. She checked my order said she be right back went to the window gave the customer there order came back with mine asked if I was okay with my order if there was something else she could help me with and apologized for the mixup. She was kind understanding and quick to fix my dinner.

Fast, polite servers, food is always fresh. Also, the time to get your order is usually as fast or faster than the "arches". I went inside. Place is clean, and quiet. Prices are reasonable...breakfast platter is about 3.50....not bad!

Crave those 2 tacos for only 1.79, they are the bomb! Been having them for years and years. Just enough to satisfy one's craving. Linda Goul

Being from Canada i had to try this iconic place out. Did not disappoint! Really wish this flavorful burger place would come to Canada but I will always stop by when I see one

This is 1 of the ONLY 2 Jack in the Boxes I go to. Food is great & Hot. Never too busy, maybe one or two other cars in the drive thru.

Went to the drive thru, the menu was easy to read and our order was taken with diligence by clarifying what we were ordering.

Great service I ordered on the app and showed up everything was hot and ready! The tacos were great not greasy and filled with lettuce in fully recommend this J&B location!

Went here after the entire crew quit and I'm glad they did. Service was great with the new crew. Food was served fast and hot and the current crew is super nice. Good riddance I say to the former crew.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. They made my food fresh, tasted great. Had two breakfast sandwiches and a jr.Whopper.
