Today was the last straw for me when the pump took 4 minutes to pump each gallon... Not worth the "reward" of .05 off per gallon. Half the pumps usually don't work here. Deceiving sign out front has cheaper cash price bigger than the higher price you pay with credit.. I don't have much good to say about this place. I'll be driving a little further to get to QT from now on.

If the gas truck is there do not stop it will take forever to fill up.

It's a Chevron now, but the gas pumps were ripped out of some other place and it all feels like no concerns were given.

price of gas was different from what its written on board they charge 15c more per gallon. i have to move 2 times my car as 2 of the pumps were not working.

Slow pumps, nasty bathroom and rude workers

You know how bad the gas station is with a 2 star google rating. Then look at the pump 5 or 9 location. The manager / worker at the gas station just parks their car in one of the bays all day. Just dumb, across the spectrum.

This gas station has stolen 50 dollars from me. I paid 50 dollars up front at pump 3. After receiving 0.93 cents worth of gas the pump malfunctioned and would not pump anymore gas! It has still not been reimbursed and I was told it would be back in my account by now. Avoid this gas station like the plague.

I hate doing this but wow…this gas station has been a struggle for so long that my hopes of it improving have died. Today’s experience was the straw that broke the camel’s back with non working pumps and an employee who could simply care less. Such a waste of a prime location. 😤

I use the upside app frequently to find good cashback deals on gas which can only work with a credit card purchase. Most shell stores put the original price before discount as their cash price which is always much lower than the credit price making the price listed in the upside app appear much lower than it really is. The result is you drive miles out of your way only to find it cost more than other stations who list their credit price on the app. Shell is being dishonest in this practice knowing you cannot make a cash purchase and use the upside app . They hope you will just buy it there anyway or not notice the rip off.

This is the worst Shell station around. For some reason they are always running out of gas and they never put up signs to show that a pump is out of order. You'll go to pump, then squeeze the trigger and nothing comes out. When you go inside to find out what's going on, they tell you they just ran out five minutes ago. I've had this same thing happen on several occasions at this station so now I avoid it altogether.
