Tacos El Tote (Food Truck)

AMAZING PLACE! I’m originally from NC & was looking around for some tacos. After reading the reviews ,I decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! When I got here, I was still a little hesitant bc there wasn’t any people, but once I ordered, I got my order super fast & fresh! Highly HIGHLY recommend as a hispanic myself.

Umm, Yum! My coworker brought me dinner and it was absolutely delicious.

Amazing place in St. Elmo, lovely people, quality Birria, like literally the best street corn (it’s a must, just get it) Prices are great, annnd the time is quick. I work 10 minutes into North Georgia and it’s a weekly thing :)

Wow! This little out of the way gem is fantastic. Veggies on veggie burrito bowl were delicious and savory. Good sized portions. Elote was salty, creamy, and spicy enough. Cannot wait to try other things off their menu.

I stopped by recently to grab a bite for lunch and I must say, it was fantastic! I had the breakfast burrito with bacon. The burrito can easily be split between two people and still be fulfilling. I highly recommend.

A new favorite taco take-out! I've passed this little trailer multiple times before I saw that it was a taco/burrito stand. Had to try it as I've often found that amazing food comes from small establishments such as this. I'm happy to report this spot did not disappoint! I tried a chicken burrito bowl with the street corn. The tenderness of the chicken and flavors of the bowl & street corn ingredients were amazing. A big hit with my family. Went back the next day to try out a sausage breakfast burrito. Also was very pleased on how good it was, but the value became apparent as well. The size of the burrito could've served 2 people or left 1 person not needing lunch. ;-) All for $8.75 (includes tax).

What also brought me back was the warm welcome I received from Angelis who took my orders. Jose was behind her making the orders fresh when received. Very friendly and genuinely glad for the business. I will definitely be back often!

- Gluten-Free option: Corn tortillas can be substituted for flour.

The food and service was great! Definitely coming back!

This truck here is truly a hidden gem; the second I open my takeout box it looks like it was made for an instagram photo, the lady there is very sweet and will definitely make you feel more comfortable, the only thing I see an issue with isn’t the food but the location it’s a little busy to be in such tight spaces but the food is delicious and definitely worth it

AMAZING FOOD, one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had. Service was amazing too.

My Grandson wanted to stop, so we did, he got the biggest burrito I've ever seen and ate whole thing. Said it was delicious.

Food slaps and prices are right. I recommend the pork tacos, or the pork burrito. Also, it's a family business. It's a win-win-win. I eat here at least once a week.

Tacos are incredible! Breakfast burrito is also fantastic. I recommend the poblano burrito with steak.

Very tasty mexicain. We ate a delicious veggie burrito bowl to avoid overpriced restaurants at Rock City.

I’ve always loved Mexican food but good authentic Mexican food! They have the best Birria tacos and street corn in Chattanooga that I’ve had. It’s full of flavor and not over priced like other places. Will definitely be going back at least once a week :)

Hubs and I found this GREAT food truck while staying at the treehouse down the road for our anniversary. We stopped in yesterday for a breakfast burrito (hubs) and steak street tacos (me). Sooooo good! We went back this morning for different breakfast burritos. Again, soooooo good!! Do not pass this hidden gem!!!
We've already discussed stopping on our way out to try the birria tacos.

Lower rating on atmosphere ONLY BECAUSE it's a food truck. Not much atmosphere with any food truck.

We stop here on our way home often. The food is delicious and plentiful. Low rating on atmosphere because it's a food truck just off the street with no place to sit. It's food to go. Park on the street behind so you don't have to back out into traffic on St. Elmo. Haven't tried breakfast yet.
